Everything was as expected great place and facilities. The only thing they need to improve os they must provide duvet. The pillows they have provided are flag sheets and fitted sheets though they provide me next day still wasn’t thick enough. But overall experience was great

The place is spacious, making it a great option for families. It's also conveniently located on the same floor as the building amenities, with easy access to the pool—which my toddler absolutely loved. The only issue we encountered was a kitchen sink leak on the second day (not due to our use, as we didn’t do any heavy cooking). It seemed like it might have been caused by a blockage or maintenance issue from previous stays. Despite that, our overall experience was good. Plus, Atria’s location is very accessible to everything.

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. Thanks for letting as stay at your place.

We stayed at Telly's place for two months. The apartment is very nice, in a quiet and peaceful subdivision. A market is nearby, and the water refill station, laundry, and a few other shops are within a two-minute walk. The space was liveable and easily big enough for two. Although we did not go out for dinner much, the kitchen was adequate for basic cooking. Telly is a great host and was always responsive to our needs as they arose.

I booked Mau and Rhea's place for 2 nights, 2 hours before our planned check in due to last minute changes on our itinerary. Due to the very short notice and late check in, I did not expect anything from the hosts aside from the access instructions. Lo and behold, when we entered the unit, the a/c was already on, the unit smelled amazing and we felt right at home, the extra beddings were laid out & prepared for us to relax-- cause they knew we were from a long journey, and there was also cozy music on to add to the mood. The room is as pristine, aesthetic and functional as described - it is lovelier than the photos din! To top it all off, Rhea and Mau had thoughtfully prepared a goodie basket with a personalized letter to welcome us in their home. Thank you so much for being very responsive, accommodating and thoughtful. Will definitely book again if we ever get the chance to visit Iloilo again. PS. Place is also accessible, had ample parking and the guards were kind and helpf
