Had the best accommodation in Capiz! The place is homey and far from the usual accommodations we had. It’s one tricycle away to Baybay Beach and Panay. The place is clean and has no foul smell. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is dated and needs improvement but nothing major. Janelle is also very helpful and responsive. She allowed us to do a late check out with a very minimal fee since our flight is at 6pm. I love Roxas City and will stay again here once we’re back.

Over all, the place is nice and as described in the photos. Upon check-inn, we were strictly informed that the owner does not allow guest, specially massage services, which we do not even intend to avail. the however, we are on a vacation in our province and part of it is to meet our relatives. Considering the hidden location of the place, the least we could do is to accept 1 or 2 visiting relatives to entertain even just for a short 30 mins, but the unit owner forbids guests. Had we known from the beginning, we wouldnt have stayed in that place. The other units being rented by the Twin Hearts mgt accept gusest in the building which seemed unfair to us. Anyway, its done, but I dont think we'll be coming back. Nonetheless, the unit, in general had a hotel-like vibe and design. That part, we really liked. Also, the neighboring unit is being constructed and we were disturbed by the hammering and noise of the carpenters for 3 days starting at 7AM in the morning..

Really lovely place, good air conditioning and modern amenities, even a fair few western ones too. Really lovely hosts, the only small complaint would be that the road can be a bit noisy, but overall no complaints. So great to have such a modern place close to my girlfriends family home for visiting

a cozy place for a not-so-exoensive accommodation. Great location for people who wants to stay in a quiet place within the city. Everything that u need is just a trike ride away. Staff members are very accommodating. Highly recommended.
