Monthly Rentals in Tapayan River

Joan and Mark have been the most amazing hosts. I stayed for 2 months and had no trouble. Mark welcomed me for check-in and showed me around. I was so relieved to find ample toiletteries to start my time here, infact some of them enough to last me 2 months. Most of the things including but not limited to pharmacies, convenient stores, supermarkets, copy making machines, fast food restaurants, vegetable vendors, fruit vendors, etc. are within a 5-10 min walking distance. A great gym called gym heads is 1.5 km away and a satellite office of bureau of immigration is about 2.5 km away. Such a convenient place to stay! The residential zone is well guarded with security and the maintenance is top notch, access to the pool is available at a price. The building is also very well maintained. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Amazing stay!

One of the best stays I've had. Sir Armak and Mam Remy were very responsive to all my inquiries and questions regarding my stay inside the bnb and etc. The place has nearby groceries and facilities like laundry places and restaurants for day to day chores. The bnb was nearby BGC which made pretty good access to the popular go-to spots in the metro. The bnb also had a very affordable and accessible pay parking area if you're ever renting your own self drive vehicle. The room was spacious enough to fit 3 people. The bnb already provided you with basic amenities to help you check-in. Bathroom allows you to wash your clothes and have a bidet for the toilet. I will definitely recommend Sir Armak's Place and will always be in my Go-To lists for BNB Stays in the nearest future.

We Love the place ! Quiet & peaceful . Especially the amenities, all our needs is already there & so many convenient stores in the area . Less hassle to buy what you need . The Host & caretaker attend to our needs right away . We will be back for sure . 😍😍😍
