Great villa (230 sqm) is rented in quiet and pleasant area. Walking distance to the beach. Nice for two or large family/friends. Party and event not allowed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and cooking plate. Pets are not allowed. Been a dog in the house. Electricity car charging after agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen not included , to be booked upon agreement. NOK 250 per person. Recent water leak. Missing paint finish. There are two rental objects on the property. Rented independently.

If you’re planning a calm and quiet vacation being in nature, here you’ll be able to experience a genuine and fantastically beautiful ocean and forest. Every season have its aesthetic charm, you'll love nature in Havstenssund. Spend a special moments with family (with kids) and significant others! There are several fantastic local restaurants and shops in the closest town Grebbestad as well.

Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Great area for family and kids with many organized activities, play parks, sports (paddel, tennis, beachvolley, minigolf, scubadiving). Large shopping center nearby

It is a short walk down to the sea (2-300 metres).The property is located on a peninsula with wild nature, but the location is central: 12 minutes to Strømstad 15 minutes to Grebbestad 5-10 minutes to Rossö, Resö, Saltõ and the other islands. 10 minutes to Daftøland 10 minutes to go to trainstop to Strømstad and Gothenburg.

Cozy house on Båleröd, 6 km south of Strömstad city center, we have this cozy summerhouse. Here it is calm and quiet and you are at the same time a short distance to everything Strömstad has to offer. You enter the house hallway/ hall and ground floor contains open plan living room and kitchen with direct access out onto sunny terrace. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. on the second floor there are three bedrooms as well as an extra living room.
