Grill a steak, eat shrimp in the bersån and sit on the hill behind the house and watch the sun set in the west. Borrow our life jackets and let the kids run on the docks. Crab nets are in the basement - borrow them, fishing for crabs is a memory for life. If it rains, storms, blows - light a fire. Our house is a dream - it can be yours!

Kalvö Fjällbacka

Here, the family has lived since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origins are taken care of with great care. Here are two houses for rent in different combinations. The houses are tastefully decorated with a high standard and are located on the shore with a private jetty and a boathouse. There is also a sauna for rent for SEK 500.

Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Farm life 15 min from Grebbestad

15 minutes by car from Grebbestad and Fjällbacka, by a lake suitable for swimming, is our farm with an associated guest house. Here also live our 4 dogs (Siberian huskies), two farm cats, 3 hens and 1 rooster. The guest house has 2 floors, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. A large fenced backyard where you can let loose any pets you bring. Here you can enjoy meadows, forest walks or take a 2-minute walk down to the lake.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home that is close to the beach and the sea. Amazing walking paths right outside the door. Equally beautiful spring, summer, fall and winter. In the summer, there is a bakery/cafe and restaurant on the island. From the island's fishing fleet, you can buy the freshest of the freshest shrimps and crayfish. The merchants on the island are open year-round.
