The apartment is also easily accessible by public transportation like angkot. The tenant's father and mother are also very responsive in times of need. Finally about the rental price, it's very affordable for the budget of students who are looking for a study or test in the surrounding univ, especially those who bring a group of up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Ian also accommodated my special request. Location also nearby with laundry and minimarket. Overall, it's a great value and a very comfortable place to stay.
