Very good space, very comfortable, and with a very good location, not only for being in a quiet neighborhood but also for being close to beautiful places. The house is well equipped and everything works OK, we had some cold days but the house was always kept in a good temperature. The terrace space with the grill is spectacular and has a very good pool. Esteban is extremely friendly. 100% recommended.

The house is as it appears in the photos. It has TV with Netflix and direct tv. The wifi worked well the entire stay. The Australian tank is very spacious and made us pass the 38 degrees with ease. The house is very cool but with the high temperatures maybe a fan would have been helpful. There are dozens of glasses, plates and cutlery. To cook you also have everything you need. Fede was always attentive and very kind.

The house is very nice, the host contacted us with local Alguin who was aware that we could enter even a little later than the public hours. The house comes with everything you need and more. It's very close to downtown, five blocks away.

Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Tandil 🙌🏻 It is my third time visiting the city and I found the ideal place, it is a super beautiful area, quiet, full of trees, all green and you breathe fresh air! Honestly from the photos the house looks smaller! And when we arrived it was bigger! And warm! It has all the services and more! Lucia was very kind to us and had a good willingness to answer the messages (doubts and inquiries we had) and Guille when she received us the same! She gave us information about nearby places and was very attentive. The grill and table outside is key, we reap the grill! We would definitely stay again!

The accommodation is an internal apartment, so it is away from the noise from the street. Resting is very easy because there is no noise. The place matches the photos and description of the place. Matías was responding fast and the access is fully autonomous, which was very helpful both on my arrival and departure.

The stay was a very good experience from the 0 minute, since Ignacio was super attentive even before we arrived to wait for us at the indicated time. At the time of arrival, she greeted us super well, showing us the house and sharing suggestions for things to do and places to visit. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, in addition to being super equipped to enjoy from a rich coffee in the morning, to a good asado on the balcony grill. I would definitely choose the apartment again for a next stay in Tandil.

Excellent stay and communication with Martin and Juan! Always attentive in case we needed anything, and they allowed us to check out later than for us was fundamental post-travel. The comfortable and very well maintained house! Highly recommended!
