This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a completely newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country tracks, hiking trails and bike paths.

D Forget about everyday worries in this spacious home near slopes, cross-country trails, and stunning scenery. In our cabin you have most things for family and friends to enjoy. 4+2 beds. In bedroom 1 there are 2 bunk beds with 90 cm mattresses. In bedroom 2, there is a bed with 140 cm mattress. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and sauna. In the hallway there is a drying cabinet and shoe dryer. In the cabin no pets or smoking are allowed. Please bring own sheets and towels. Before departure, the guests clean themselves. Newly built with amazing views

Fully newly-built apartment (part of semi-detached house) since February 2023. Located at a turning point, which gives the feeling of being secluded in a nice way. Large glass sections without direct visibility. Fantastic views of both Tandådalen and Hundfjället. A home that works for families with children as well as adults. Travel bed, high chair, baby-sitter chair for the little ones and various toys are available to borrow. Cleaning is done by the renting guest.

A charming timber cabin is nestled beneath snow-covered branches, with vibrant red window frames contrasting against the dark exterior. Snow blankets the ground, creating a serene winter landscape. The roof is adorned with a thick layer of snow, emphasizing the cabin's cozy, inviting structure.

Cozy & smartly planned cottage for the family

Fresh, modern and well-equipped cottage with cozy decor in central Tandådalen with close distance also to Hundfjället. The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large cottage with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, tiled bathroom with washing machine as well as fast wifi. On the property, there is also our larger cabin, which we sometimes use or rent out.

Cabin in Hundfjället

The cottage is located in Hundfjället, about 500 meters from the hill, is 100 sqm and was completely renovated in 2022. Modern and cozy at the same time with a real cottage feel. A minute's walk to both grocery store, Bullar och Bröd (bakery and Sälen's best pizza), as well as the super nice restaurant Frö. Perfect for 6-7 adults or e.g. 4 adults and 4 kids.

A bright and airy living space is characterized by large windows that fill the room with natural light. A cozy seating area with a large sectional sofa and plush throws faces a modern fireplace, while a dining set is visible in the background.
