I had a big storm while I was in HN. I needed the umbrella to go out for buying something. When I asked them if I can borrow it, they responded quickly. Through their kindness, I had a safe and great time in HN. Highly recommend

The apartment is really nice. It’s on the 4th floor of an old building (no elevator btw) but the apartment seems to be recently renovated. It’s chic and fashionable! Just so that other guests are more careful than i was, *remember the PW to the apartment door when you leave the apartment*!!! I stupidly left my phone inside the apartment and locked myself out for hours 😅 luckily the host send me the PW Later.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay at Song Sanh studio! The space was cozy, impeccably clean, and artfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to attractions but tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable weekend getaway! Also love love love the lemon coldbrew from the cafe on the first floor, another highly recommended for a hot summer day. Would definitely visit again.

My wife & I stayed at Bi Eco Suites for 5 nights & we love it. The place is situated further in from the main streets so it's very quite. The host, Ms. Thao & her 2 housekeepers, Ms. Phuc & Ms. Ngoc are very polite, respectful & very friendly. Their services & communications are outstanding with daily pure white & fresh bath towels. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Runa’s Place! Trinh was an incredible host – she was easy to communicate with, very proactive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. She even went the extra mile by preparing water and snacks for us upon arrival. Trinh approved a late checkout, giving us an extra hour to pack, and provided a secure storage area for our luggage while we explored Hanoi after checkout. She was very patient, attentive to our needs, and communicated fluently in English, making everything so easy. The place itself looked exactly as it did in the photos, with a beautiful, aesthetic design that made it feel cozy and stylish. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the space perfectly cool. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better – it’s right near tourist spots and directly across from the Temple of Literature. I would highly recommend Runa’s Place to anyone visiting!

Excellent second floor unit located in the heart of Chiang Mai. Walkable to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Perfect for a couple, very quiet, and Anh was very kind and understanding.

A beautiful and beautifully designed apartment in the heart of Hanoi! It was such a great place to come home to at the end of long days. Comfy bed, good aircon - everything was as described and maybe even better than described! No complaints, it was a joy to stay here and our lovely hosts had great recommendations and were always very responsive. A 10/10 stay!

A very pleasant stay! The place was decorated with cute and thoughtful cultural elements everywhere. When we arrived with an empty stomach, we were happy to discover that snacks and instant pho were provided. Loved every minute of the stay. The place always smells really good btw!
