Great stay. Convenient location as it’s near Mid Valley. Bonus it has a coffeeshop downstairs which has good food options. Security is tight too. Feel safe there. Not sure if it’s just the location but we had weak data connection. Slow wifi connections

A great place to crash for the night after a day of shopping and eating. Though only 5 of us, loved having the extra room and extra toilet. Thanks for having us!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, the owner specially arranged super careful, introduce me to the surrounding, eat, use, transportation is convenient, 5 minutes on foot to Aeon, various banks, and the taxi is super convenient.The room was cozy and clean. Must 5 stars

Spacious and cosy for large groups. Cleanliness can be improved as we found a dead lizard in the pool plus a baby cockroach. Location is ideal for heading to popular malls like aeon and toppen.

Easy to find, easy parking for 2 cars. Comfortable stay, rooms are spacious with sufficient clothes storage. Enjoyed the pool table so much. Air-con and hot shower working fine.

I had a wonderful stay at Marcus place. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The place was as advertised, clean and spacious apartment with many basic necessities provided. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Good water pressure and nice smell throughout the house. High floor provided a nice breeze and little noise from traffic on the streets.

Prefer the area, really close to komtar and city square. Good food choices around. A convenient store across the street and 24hr resto. Pool isn’t overcrowded. Accommodation amenities provided.

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

Even though it was a very short trip (1night) and we didn't spend alot of time in the apartment, we enjoyed our stay and had a good night's rest! So much so that we all overslept and almost missed check out time! However, Yoka was super flexible and extended our checkout time even though she had new guests checking in that morning. She also let us check in early when we arrived which meant we could just leave our bags and go exploring without the burden of our luggage. I will also call out the location, it is perfectly placed if you are coming through JB Sentral. It's minutes walk from City mall and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Thank you Yoka, really appreciate your flexibility and responsiveness.

Chong was super friendly and thought through everything a traveler would look for . The house was very clean and had everything to make one feel at home. Chong kept in touch with us giving us clear instructions about how to get in and a lot of helpful hints about where to go and what to do. Too bad we just had one day to spend at his place. At JB , Chong’s house should be anyone’s home if still available.

I would recommend this place. Cosy and comfortable house. Very good location and accessible to loads of eateries. Nice view from the living room and master bedroom. Peaceful and safe place. Special mention to the host who is very helpful and responsive who helped us when we had any problems. Very pleased with my stay.
