We had a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and spacious. It has a good location and just a few minutes away from parks, food establishments and department stores. It is a walking distance to PUJs as well whether you want to go north or south. :) Owners were very accommodating and responsive to my queries. I'd love to stay here again (kids approved too! ^_^) the next time we visit Davao.

The unit looks exactly like it does in the photo. Everything is well-organized and neatly arranged. The ac works really well that it becomes comfier to sleep. Restaurants are very accesible as its location is just beside a mall.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was superb, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the facilities were top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities. We especially loved the hot water and convenient parking. Overall, a wonderful experience for families with young children.

I had a 3 Night visit in Davao just for my Mama's 80th Birthday. Since Families were coming I opted to stay in an Accessible Condo. Ms. Rodalyn was so accommodating and she was lightning fast answering my queries so I booked rightaway. The condo was within the location I wanted, Easy pick up from Families, and if I use Grab, they arrive in 3 mins. If I wanted to walk, its very safe. whats great was that it was in a Calm and quiet location, so a Light sleeper like me didn't have a problem at all. The Unit was Clean, Bathroom has no Molds and Hot shower Worked well. Hot water for my Tea was avialable and it had enough Cute Floor Mats too. hehe There was an instruction on keeping the Place Clean and were to throw the rubbish which I personally like because it meant that keeping the Unit Clean was a priority Thank you Rodalyn for being such a Great Host. We had a good stay in Amber’s Haven. We never had big issues in the unit for the 2 nights stay. I’d recommend Amber’s Haven for the ff good points: 1— ready drinking water. The owner has it prepared in the unit so there is no need to buy or carry gallons of water up to its floor; 2—CR/BR is clean plus there’s the easy to use hot n cold shower; 3—lots of pillows and pillows are so soft and clean 👌🏻, the mattress is/are also thick as well as the blankets; 4— queen size beds in both rooms, this detail is important bec we are two different families so having big beds (double deck bed) are a must; 5—comfy sofa set, a person can sleep here; 6— towels, there were enough clean towels; 7— very responsive owner and caretaker; 8— well lit rooms although a dark curtain would also do to block the sun rays early in the morning. We only had very minor and manageable situations but All in all it was a comfortable stay. Thank you so much Amber’s Haven. 🫶🏻

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

Fritzie’s place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a mall, which made everything easily accessible. Definitely worth it! Her co-host, Roldan, was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly had a great stay!

Cyrel Pauls place is extraordinary! I travel extensively and stay in a lot of AirBnB's and I think I can honestly say this one ranks at the top of my favorites. Very modern well equipped condo with the most spectacular views makes this a very special place indeed. If you find yourself coming to Davao you'd be hard pressed finding a nicer place than this one. I can't recommend it enough!

A cosy house on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes, and there are shops and eateries along the way. The locals are very pleasant and we met some lovely people. The facilities at the house are more than adequate and it was nothing short of luxurious for my girlfriend and I to have each our own bathroom to use. *bonus* Free Netflix and lots of edible/drinkable goodies very generously provided. A rare, hospitable touch. Thank you Josh for our comfortable stay!
