Vacation rentals in Tallahatchie County

We came to Enid for a football game and left loving this beautiful area and host couple. Jack and Barbara are amazing... like coming to your aunt and uncle house in the country. Barbara was so very sweet and accommodating. She recommended the two local restaurants, and let me tell you... TAKE THE RECOMMENDATION!! (Get the catfish, get the prime rib.) I'm telling you, this was like going home to my own parents place. If you like country, if you like peace and quiet, going to sleep with crickets calling and waking up with birds singing, holding a cup of fresh perked coffee, and morning Mississippi mist rising... this place is for you. Thank you again Jack and Ms. Barbara for a wonderful weekend! We had a lovely time!

Enjoyed my stay will definitely book again!

Our group of four had a wonderful stay. We arrived late at night and our host met us and directed us to parking and helped us get checked in. Everything was sparkling clean. The host had so many wonderful amenities available for us. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and the wonderful hospitality.

My son had the good fortune to enjoy the hospitality from Jack and Barbara as he was completing his medical rotations. He always talked about how thoughtful they were and how comfortable and welcomed he felt. He stayed at their place for a month. Jack and Barbara are one of most generous hosts we have come across. They don’t need to do half of what they do, but they just go above and beyond. They genuinely love hosting guests and they open not only their home but also their hearts for their guests. We are very thankful for all they did for our son and I am sure he will fondly cherish his time spent with this amazing couple. Place is pristine and very quiet. The private room is in their home so you will share the common spaces with this lovely couple. Breakfast is included (and lunch too at times 😀). Again - thank you Jack and Barbara for being so wonderful, kind and generous.

I would like tosay Mrs. Barbara was the kindest, most considerate, planets, most wonderful host I probably had. I have NEVER Had a host that communicated every step of the way, Was considerate of absolute everything. Told us shorter ways to go so we would not get lost, and even went as far as to call and check on us. Had a beautiful home and was more than what was described. Lots of space absolute beautiful area. It turned an event into a mini vacation. If you ever had the opportunity to go to an event at Ole Miss in Oxford or a ball game (we went to see Morgan Wallen) make sure you go and see Mrs. Barbra and Mr. Jack! It is like going to your favorite aunt or grandmother‘s house for the weekend! house for the weekend! Everything is so comfortable and You just feel so at home!

Jack and Barbara are wonderful people, and their clean, roomy and unique place (with great wifi) is also wonderful. The country breakfast and friendly conversation were also terrific. If we're in the area again, there's no doubt at all that we would stay with them again!
