Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Couple of things to note - bathroom is outside in the balcony and the stairs to take the apartment which is in the 1st floor is a narrow outdoor spiral staircase. Other than that, it's a perfect place to stay!

Amazing! Describing each point as below: Room and the place is exactly same as the picture. beautiful decor and wall paint. Ideal setup for work as well Proactive Host- Ankita is very communicative and responsible from the time u check in and even after you check out! people like her are rare! the care taker aunt: very sweet lady and keeps the entire property super clean She was too sweet to offer a cup of tea as I asked although it was not a part of their chores!! the house is in a residential with a lot of options to eat at a walkable distance (swiggy and zomato are all reachable too) Above all this, I travelled during August 2023 when weather condition were not very favourable. Ankita made sure we are safe and kept checking on us. She kept us informed of the weather alerts and do/don'ts where ever applicable! to summarize, this was a homely though away from home ! Highly Recommended!

Family of four - 1 night New apartment. This building and nearby buildings are under construction. Not much of noise issue, but little dust on railing in balcony is usual. Spectacular Mountain view, if we ignore the side buildings balcony pillars. (getting in the view) Electricity issue is there, host told it is temporary, since new heavy line is being installed. Easy food and grocery delivery in area. Things we like - Apartment is new and spotless clean. Mountain view from the balcony Interior-sofa, wall decor Peaceful Host Akhilesh is helpful and attentive.

Place was very safe, clean and comfortable. Sumit is a wonderful host. He helped me with all the information about places of interest and was very friendly. He took an extra effort and spent his time to help me get to under-explored beautiful places apart from usual tourist spots. For the price this is amazing deal. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Rishikesh.
