We loved staying at this house that offers spaces for everyone. The location is perfect for enjoying Minca. The owners and people who take care of it are very attentive. We highly recommend it.

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

Everything was excellent, from the accommodation to the host's attention, a pleasure to stay in such a spacious and comfortable place

The staff was very friendly, we rented this place for a family vacation and it did not disappoint. Really recommend if you have a big group

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

My stay in Sierra Luna was wonderful, my family and I had a great time, a very hermozo place surrounded by lots of nature and enough space to have fun with the children, the main kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms with their beds are very comfortable and the pool with its free areas are spectacular. The check-out time was very flexible and gave us the opportunity to enjoy it more. Honestly, I'm speechless to describe how much fun we had. Shirley is definitely a super host and she and her husband are very kind, thank you for taking the time to show us this beautiful place.

Clean, modern apartment with everything one need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket, gym and restaurants are all within 5-10 mins walk. 24/7 security. Great views one the SM mountains. Great value for what you get 👍🏼

We had a very relaxing time at this place. It’s very close to the beach and right next to a local mall with several options of restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. Host is kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy. It is located about two blocks from the beach, approximately a 5-minute walk, in a quiet and pleasant area. I recommend this place. Diego is very attentive and responds quickly. The only thing I didn't like at all was the cost of the handles to enter the building, which is priced at 20,000 per person, something I've never been charged elsewhere. But other than that, everything was perfect

Staying at Carmen’s apartment in the reserva Del Mar is always a great choice. A 1st class stay in every regard. Will be staying again in the summer.

The accommodation is very nice, it has everything you need to spend a few wonderful days. Lina is very focused on people's experience, always attentive to resolve any concerns. It is very close to the beach, with a beautiful horizon, which is quiet and with few vendors. The Zazue shopping center is very close, a 10-minute walk. In general, it was a very pleasant experience to stay here, we hope to return soon.

The facilities are just like the photos and the description, it is 4 or 5 blocks from the sea and has supermarkets and a lot of shops nearby, the place was clean and it was a very pleasant stay

We loved the place. The experience in both the care and the accommodation was exceptional. We would definitely come back. The only thing is that the suite itself did not have a view of the sea (part B) as the photo suggests.

The accommodation is just as seen in the photos, it is comfortable and is only 2 blocks from the beach. The host and his team are always attentive to guests, communication is quick and they provide effective solutions. We needed hot water in the showers, otherwise everything is great :)

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride
