Cabin in downtown | bath tub | mountain view

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s in the centre of town but really quiet and tranquil. Lovely view of the mountains and main station. Really helpful at the reception with organising trips and advice on when it’s best to go up the mountain for visibility. The lodge was super clean and well laid out. Especially liked the electric blanket, much appreciated after a winter trek. We had a lovely time, thank you for hosting!

Cương and his family are so kind and lovely. The room he provided was cute with a little windows to the rice field view. the heater mattress was a big plus for the cold weather in Sapa. We were lucky to be there in Tet holiday. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Ta van by walking!

Stunning location with incredible views, perfect for those looking for a relaxing and peaceful trip. A super spacious home with beautiful dogs and an amazing chef. The host was able to help us arrange transportation into sapa the fridge was stocked with drinks and the bedrooms were well equipped for the cold weather with electric blankets and heaters. To get into sapa it is about a 40 minute drive but we were able to find drivers easily with the help of our host. A great place for families would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this cozy spot in Vietnam! 🏡 The heated beds and blankets were perfect for the cold weather, and the fireplace added extra warmth 🔥. The staff were super responsive, supportive, and always ready to help! 💯 As city folks, we appreciated how seamless everything was, with someone always available to communicate with us. 🗣️ The food was delicious 🍲, reasonably priced 💰, and the beautiful surroundings made it even better. 🌿 Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and cozy escape! 🌟 We’d love to return! ❤️

Amazing View with Private room in Sapa Central

KerriRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Unfortunately we had pretty rough weather while we were there- wet, foggy, and cold. So we didn’t get to see much of Sapa, which really puts on a damper on the trip. But as far as the Megaview, it was a great spot. No view for us though haha but I can imagine it’s pretty amazing when it is clear. Responsive and kind staff, clean room (the bathroom was a little musty but seems to be common in Vietnam), spacious room, and yummy breakfast. Like others have mentioned, you do need to walk down quite a bit of stairs to get to the place. So if you have luggage just be prepared to carry them! It’s nice and secluded room the noisy streets though!
A terrace extends from the bungalow, bordered by a wooden railing. Sunlight casts shadows on the concrete floor, revealing striking mountain views in the distance. Chairs for relaxation are positioned along the side, with greenery visible below, blending into the natural landscape.

Private Bungalow in SaPa/ 2 Beds

AleckaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

Stunning views Homestay Sa Pa Family Room 5

NikolineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay. Só was very nice and helpful. Our room looked exactly like the photos and we had a beautiful view. The location was quite far from Sapa (as written in the description) but you could enjoy the peace and quiet, and the place also offered guided hikes - we tried one and it was very good. We also learned a lot about the area on the trip. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Dreamy House /Fireplace/Electric Heater

MaiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I have been to Sapa many times and don’t like in-town atmosphere with full of tourists. So I want to stay in a bit far from Sapa downtown. And Dreamy made my parents, my kids and I (six people, 3 generations) feel like at home. The host is responsive. Rooms, kitchen and fireplace are very cozy. My daughter loves the friendly dog so much. We have a short and nice walk around the area and see daily activities of local Hmong ethnic people. Want to come back.

Family Bungalow Sunset-Mountain + Terraces View

CamilleRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Beautiful place right in the middle of rice fields surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. Host was very kind and helpful with everything. Trekking trails within walking distance. The place is in a very unique and beautiful location but not the most accessible roads. However, that is part of what makes the location so special. The host is very helpful at providing directions and can arrange for transport of luggage and guests on request. Home cooked meals to order are amazing as well!! I highly recommend and I to go back one day.

Couple Bungalow - Mountain + Terraces View

SaraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay was wonderful. The place is located in a peaceful area in Sapa, 30 minutes from the town. The staff are always ready to assist with safe transport to and from the town at a very fair price. There was plenty to see in the area though, with beautiful nature, lovely cafés, and restaurants nearby. We actually enjoyed staying in the local area the most and simply soaking in the tranquility meanwhile talking with locals and other people travelling. The staff were very helpful with food and anything else we needed. All of them were so nice and flexible when we needed something. The place also serves delicious food! You can enjoy your meal on the terrace next to the fireplace while enjoying the view. The room was clean, and their air conditioning is crucial if you visit during the colder months. If you’re looking to stay outside of the town, we would 100% recommend this place and recommend exploring the local area as well.

Bungalow #2 - Indigo Snail Boutique Homestay

TaraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had such a wonderful time here. Sue was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were cosy and the location was beautiful. As listed, the rooms don't have heating, and the weather was cold while I was there, but Sue made sure we had extra blankets and although the room was cold, I slept well. Sue provided some nice recommendations. I also completed half of the Batik workshop with Sue (only half due to my own time constraints) and I really enjoyed this and appreciated the time that she took to share this skill and art with me. I would love to come back for more trekking during some warmer months.
A spacious connecting room features three thoughtfully arranged queen-size beds, warm wooden paneling, and artful wall decorations. Natural light fills the room through large windows, offering views of the surrounding landscape. A small seating area with decorative tables adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Indigo Batik House - Chu room

Scott’s Place, just 10 km from Sapa town, is a true retreat into nature. Nestled by a river and surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful escape where buffalo, pigs, ponies, and chickens roam freely. Originally booked in shared rooms, we were kindly upgraded to a cozy bungalow by Zu, the owner’s wife, whose warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. The bungalow’s front patio became our favorite spot to relax, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy meals together. The journey to Scott’s Place is an adventure, navigating a small cement path on motorbikes added to the charm. Despite heavy rain on our last day, Zu arranged a taxi for us, ensuring a smooth trip back to Sapa. Scott's Place is a must-visit for those seeking tranquility, stunning scenery, and genuine hospitality. Thank you, Zu and Scott, for an unforgettable stay, we’ll definitely be back!
A serene bedroom features a spacious bed with a simple grey coverlet. Natural wood walls and floors create a warm ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a view of lush greenery, and soft lighting is provided by woven pendant lamps and wall installations.

I had an incredible stay! Check in was great and they let me check in early. They helped me book a car from the train station to the Homestay. The coffee and breakfast was amazing. I was there over tet and they took me to their home for a wonderful local experience. It was so cosy at the Homestay and the dogs were so cute! I loved exploring ta van. I will certainly be back!

Amazing! I love the property and the staff, especially Keshi ^^ I love the animals, cats and dogs as well. It is really a good place to experience Sapa from top of the hill. Weather is cool and lovely, and it is a short walk to town where there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
