Cottage #2, at 6712 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks Elm Beach, directly across the road. This cottage is to the right/north of Cottage #1. Each cottage is private, and has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming.
