It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Out in the countryside with high ceilings, our small annex of 43 sq. meters, with 1 bedroom, either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

We have a cozy patio and garden that you can use together with the owner, who lives in the main house with their Labrador dog. Free parking is available close to the house. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, cloths, dish soap and hand soap are included in the rent.

There is free parking outside the courtyard and check-in is via lockbox.
