Cozy apartment close to the city center, with delicious sun terrace and close to the harbor environment and Christiansminde. Exceptionally nice apartment near beach about 10 min walk, cozy harbor environment 5 min walk, city center 5 min walk, beautiful good cycling routes on the archipelago path. Incidentally, experience Egeskov Castle, Svendborg city, sea kayak in the South Funen archipelago, horseback riding on Svanninge hills, MTB in the “backyard” and a sea of hikes. In addition, the opportunity to enjoy Svendborg's large selection of restaurants and cafes and shopping.

Lovely view of Svendborgsund

Get close to the water and enjoy the beautiful view and direct access to Svendborgsund. Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

There is a large bathroom with a shower, a vacuum machine, and a dryer.

Cozy older apartment of 55 sqm located in the middle of charming Thurø with a short distance to the water in all directions. The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a lovely private patio. Here you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The apartment is well-stocked with cooking utensils, good pots, etc. The home is in a nice old cinema consisting of two levels. Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
