Jon was very responsive, and he was very accommodating! The home felt comfortable. A couple of things to note, first is the doorways are short. My hubby is 6’3” tall and he hit his head on every door way. And that the only shower is outdoors. I missed that part of the listing. But I’m sure it’s an experience but we did not use it since we only stayed one night. The property and surrounding area is wonderful to explore! Overall a wonderful cozy stay!

We were lucky and got the whole guesthouse to ourselves. It was perfect for 6pax! The house was the perfect spot to look at auroras, we could sit comfortably outside the house and watch the sky. We even saw shooting stars! The place was cosy and having two bathrooms was very helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay if you want to try to see the northern lights. Sadly we didn’t see any the night we stayed, but we still enjoyed it immensely. We did arrive later than expected after the sun had already set and it was a little difficult to find our bungalow address, but overall we enjoyed the cute modern space!

Steinunn was very communicative with our check in and check out. We didn’t need anything during our stay as they had everything as advertised. The back deck and the views that they have are STUNNING. This is a beautiful home. Everything is within walking distance to restaurants as well as the public pool which we tried and loved. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a few nights to stop in Hofn while traveling as we did.

Nice accomodation. When we entered the room, we felt we we're in a hotel. Bathroom with toilet and even a seperate toilet. Kitchen was big with everything you need, even a coffee/hot chocolate machine and one for Apple/orange juice. It was only 5 min from the city center. No surroundigs noises, had a great stay.

The place is really nice and very modern. Got to see the northern lights over the glaciers and mountains that we then woke up to in the morning! Right off the highway which was super convenient and not at all noisy.

Had a nice one night stay at Reynir’s place. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Reynir was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for a comfortable night. It was a nice touch that breakfast was offered next door (for an additional price). A couple of us took advantage of that. Thanks!

Reynir and Andrea are the most accommodating hosts we have ever had in Airbnb. We had booked a different accommodation by mistake, thinking it was bigger. I messaged them and immediately followed up. They looked for a bigger place for us and refunded the previous accommodation. The new place was very easy to find. When we arrived, the house was warm, with a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, quiet and in a beautiful area. I would stay with them again!

We loved this Airbnb! There were 2 kittens that came around and we got to pet them. The house itself was very nice inside and had all the listed amenities. We also saw the northern lights right outside!!
