Very clean accomodations close to the old town and located directly next to the beachfront (literally 10 meters away). All this for a very reasonable price.

We had a great stay in Kotor! The location was perfect – centrally located, with everything you might need within walking distance. The place was clean, tidy and clearly maintained with care, which immediately made it feel welcome. The host was particularly friendly and proactive, gave clear communication in advance and was always ready with tips or help when needed – without being intrusive. What really made the difference: the parking lot. Spacious, safe and easily accessible – something you don't often see so well arranged at an Airbnb in the city. In short: everything was correct. We'd love to come back here!

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The home was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy check in and welcome tour from hosts. The beach was a quick walk across the street and down a few stairs, it is a beautiful small beach that gets very busy that also has a lovely little cash bar. Larger beach is just a 200m walk down the road. Everything was great and would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

The surroundings were peaceful, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel right at home. The hosts were welcoming, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. My father stayed in this apartment in Bečići for a month, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The host, Angela, was always available, incredibly helpful, and ready to assist with anything—from the registration process to finding a parking spot and even helping us with the dishwasher. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and looks even better than in the photos. One thing I especially appreciated was the very high ceilings, which gave a sense of space and comfort—you don’t feel cramped like you often do in an apartment compared to a house. The sea is just across the road, and you can see it from the balcony, along with beautiful sunsets. The only downside was that upon arrival, there were no basic essentials in the apartment—not even bottled water, salt, or other simple items. Since we arrived on a Sunday when all shops are closed, this became a bit of a problem. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend these apartments.

Our holiday was made even more special by staying in this well-kept accommodation. The host is very responsive and helpful and always answered our questions on time. We arrived to the accommodation earlier than the stated check in time and Jelena was waiting for us with keys, she was very professional and helpful and we really appreciate this. The property had everything we needed and was very organised, with plenty of clean towels, shampoos…etc and the location is great as it’s not too far from shops, pharmacy and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend booking with Jelena and INproperties and would definitely stay again if Im back to Budva!

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

We came to Montenegro and here for 3 weeks home office so-called workation. And this place was our last stop. We felt right at home, it's super spacious, the outdoor area is fantastic, the direct access to the water is incredibly beautiful. The Internet went out at some point and Anne immediately sent someone over with a SIM card so we could continue working without any problems. It was just perfect and the perfect end to our trip. Directly opposite was a small shop where there was everything you needed, so we didn't leave this place for a week. Highly recommended!

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Great apartment in a great location! Sanja is a super host, replying within minutes. Apartment is very clean and equipped with everything needed. Parking available in the property and also great within walking distance to Tivat. View breathtaking! We felt very comfortable. We would definitely book again when in Tivat.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

Nice place to stay in Kotor, recommend

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.
