This house is a home, really. Cozy, spacious, calm, detailed. You can feel the love of the owner. Everything is to be found. The only noisee you'll hear is the sound of the squeaking parquet or the night owls. We had a wonderful recharging time there.

perfect for one person. Cozy and functional! An extremely peaceful street, no noise at night. Comfortable shower, functional kitchen. Michael came to greet me in person, very kind and attentive. Very happy to be able to park my car in front of the studio, even if the maneuver is a little tricky. Perfect for a pied-a-terre in the center of Surgères!

Impeccable accommodation! We have rarely had such a clean and well appointed space on Airbnb. The parking in front is perfect and makes the accommodation quite easy. Everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Accommodation in the heart of the small city center of Surgères with an excellent restaurant two minutes walk from the accommodation. Jason is very responsive and accepted, without difficulty, that we access the accommodation before 3pm. We recommend!
