Vacation rentals with a patio in Suquamish

Evalyne's place is in a wonderful location on a quiet street. She sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the building and where to park. The unit itself was spacious and clean, and even has a washer/dryer which came in very handy. The only qualm we had was with the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. It is tiny, as the pictures do show; however, it is so small that the shower gets the entire bathroom wet and the floors wouldn't allow for drainage, so it was really hard to use without using a towel to mop up the floors or get our feet/socks wet. Bathroom aside, this was a nice stay in a safe, fun neighborhood.

Great place. The view of the mountain is amazing. Perfect location within walking distance of so many restaurants. Didn’t really use the kitchen or places amenities because we were out exploring Tacoma. Bed was comfy. Easy to checkin/out, wifi was good, and parking instructions were clear. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

This spot is exactly what you expect! beautiful room with bathroom and kitchen! The main selling point here is the view! Although the deck wasn’t a “private” deck, we at no point saw anyone else using the deck. This was the perfect distance from Tacoma and Seattle which made it so much more valuable. 10/10 would stay again! Communication was also perfect, we asked to drop off our luggage early and Aaron made sure we could store our luggage in the main home until our check in time. Thanks for an amazing and memorable experience!

Beautiful space and great location. Filled with all the amenities (a stocked kitchen, extra towels and blankets) and thoughtful extra touches (clean sponge, snacks and a water filter). Ginny was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and have already recommended this place to a friend.

We had a great stay at Karla’s! Unit Y is truly a home away from home. The space was super clean and welcoming with lots of little touches that made us feel extra comfortable. Karla gave us complete check in instructions and was in touch during our stay to make sure all was well. Her guides to the local area were really helpful too. We were sad to say goodbye to Unit Y and hope to return soon!

Jay was an incredible host and communicated everything clearly and quickly when I had questions! Great location and space. He was very accommodating and I’d recommend this spot to anyone wanting to see or stay in Ballard!!

This Is by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at and the best in all of Tacoma! The only thing better than the Airbnb itself is the host who was beyond incredibly helpful, responsive, pro-active, and kind! I've stayed here multiple times and it's perfect for both short & long term stays- it's impeccably clean from top to bottom & beyond comfortable + cozy, and even though it's located below the main house I never once heard any noise or commotion from the friendly hosts :) If you're looking for a private, clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay- look no further! A++++

We had a very restful time, just what we needed. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and there was a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived. The location is beautiful with views of the water. We plan on coming back next year.

My mom and I had a lovely stay here. It was so cute and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom were a delight during our November stay. It was so nice to have a backyard for letting my dog out to potty without having to get out of my PJs and take her to the sidewalk. Parking was sometimes tricky though, with the whole street getting filled up. We ended up having to park a ways away a couple times. Our stay was close to the Thanksgiving holiday so that may have been why. We didn't mind too much since the neighborhood is so interesting and it's a nice walk.

It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. We had to ask for the code to get into the house, but after that communication was fine. The house is located down a narrow alley that is tricky for large vehicles to navigate or park. Also it is apparently located on a main landing path for the airport, so there were planes flying overhead at all hours of the day and night. Neither of these are the host’s fault, of course, but something guests should be aware of. Having lived near O’Hare for many years, the plane noise didn’t bother us, plus it was cool to sit on the rooftop deck and watch them go by. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wish I had longer than a night to spend here, it was very beautiful location. Kind stocking of coffee, tea, olive oil, and other staples that many Hosts have begun forgetting. Clean and cozy, clear instructions. Beautiful AM view of the Sound.

Everything was great! Had all the amenities listed. Alex was very attentive and told us everything we needed for our stay. The house was nice a cozy! Would highly recommend!

One of the most incredible places we have stayed at. Came into town for a concert in Tacoma and so glad we stayed here for a few days. We felt like we were part of the locals and were near a quaint town of Gig Harbor. The airbnb was nestled in this beautiful spot on the water with no obstruction and had a private beach during low tide. We saw some seals which was exciting swimming by in the mornings and was able to catch some stars at night. Incredible place for those who want a quiet and scenic view.

Overall, a beautiful home that felt like home to us. Pantry offerings, games, books, all contributed to an amazing time for our family. Preparing our Thanksgiving meal was a joy in the well-appointed kitchens, and the privacy and solitude was much appreciated.

Carrie's place is truly outstanding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it a joy to prepare meals. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud. The highlight of the stay, however, was the phenomenal spa-like bathroom. It was a luxurious experience that added so much to the visit. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a relaxing and well-appointed getaway. Looking forward to returning especially when it's not for a work reason. Thank you, Carrie, for your overall awesomeness!

This was our second time staying here at this air b and b. It’s a fantastic location and a walking distance from all major amenities. There is underground parking if you can get a spot. But we were able to get a spot both times (but we were there in Nov each time). I would highly recommend this home as a stay. It’s in a safe area, and surprisingly quiet. They do have a strict cancellation policy though so be sure to keep that in mind. I’d stay here again and again, hopefully we’ll be back for a third time soon 😊.

Overall, this was a good place to stay and we would again in the future. Inside the building itself felt safe. There are many points of access to ensure that only people meant to be in the building are allowed in. The hot tub was being worked on while we were there so that was a bummer but it should now be working again! The room itself was nice enough, although, the caulking in the bathroom looked bad (it looked like they had mold that they just put clear silicone over...). The food choices nearby were fantastic and it was a short walk or electric scooter ride to most things to do. I recommend staying here if you are somewhat on a budget and want to stay in this area of Seattle. The homeless really aren't a big deal, just keep your wits about you and do your thing. Also, there are a lot of city employees and security folks around that are managing the homeless if they get out of hand so it's a safe enough place to visit...

Robert was a fantastic host! He was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The condo was so nice and cozy. We were so comfortable. I loved the detailed instructions as well. This is a convenient place to start and end your day along I-5 and nearby light rail (Line 1) stations if your looking for an easier drive or ride to downtown Seattle, ferry terminals, or to N. Seattle sites - Whidbey Is., Highway 2 (Cascades), University District, and Ballard locks & Sunday market.

Very nice spacious place. Ron was a great check-in guide and resource. Place has great security and walking distance to a lot of tourist places. Will keep this place bookmarked for future trips to Seattle!

The apartment is located in a very central place and at the same time is quiet and wonderful! We loved our stay at Sean's place, it is the perfect spot to discover Seattle for the first time. Everything was clean and exactly as described.

My family and I had a great experience. The home was clean and as described on the listing. Very walkable. Lyle was very easy to communicate. We would stay here again!
