The energy here is calming and peaceful--we know you will love it as much as we do.

This farm cottage has so much character. It was a true Vermont experience. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was exactly where we needed it to be. We were visiting for a high school graduation. We had dinner one night in Montpelier and the second night in Brookfield at 1000 Stone Farm. The surroundings are beautiful and truly Vermont. You are literally staying on a working dairy farm! Chelsea, thank you for hosting us we enjoyed every minute we were there!

The stay was fantastic. The cabin is located in a perfect area surrounded by the woods, beautiful trails, a sauna and just so much greenery we couldn't believe it. The cabin itself was incredibly well put together, had everything you'd need and then some. Jess was very accommodating and answered every question we had. 100% recommend!

This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The home was vert comfortable. Great beds and the shower had good water pressure. The yard was beautiful. It was so nice to sit by the fire at night. The kitchen had all the basics and it was easy to make meals. I would absolutely recommend this home for a long weekend with friends or family.

Private Mountaintop Retreat w/ Gorgeous Views

Could barely tell we were off-grid! The internet was as fast as my home internet, and we were in the area to take care of some things, so that was really helpful, but I really wish we could have relaxed a bit. Every time I got a second to look around, I was amazed how beautiful it was. The only thing I wished I had was a washer and dryer, but it was clear in the description they were not included, which makes sense since its a cabin. Oh, and it would have been nice if it didn't rain the whole time, but the inside was comfy, so it wasn't a problem at all. Overall a beautiful place and a wonderfully responsive host. I will surely return if I need a place in the area again!
