The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

Great location for our needs. Quick responses from hosts when we had questions...loved the rooftop patio for morning coffee and quiet time.

We had a great experience staying at this home. I’m typically someone who prefers to stay in hotels and decided to stay here because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I can easily say that we were not disappointed… The house is great. The hosts pay attention to the small details that you’d find staying at a nice hotel. I will definitely keep this home as a go-to place for us when we visit Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

Clean and bigger in person. Everything you could think of was provided to assist cooking a meal in the kitchen, shower and get a good nights rest. Great place to hang outside with the family or have game night inside. We enjoyed the pool table and corn hole and slept really well at night. We would stay again.

Lots of space, comfortable beds and your own outdoor oasis awaits! Also, have never seen so many extras - recreational options like games, stocked pantry staples, bathroom supplies. We wanted for nothing and it was a quiet and private space in which to unwind. Also near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

great place that is super spacious

Our stay was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better and was easy to get around to everywhere we wanted to. The house is INCREDIBLE!!! The perfect bachelorette or girls weekend spot. So many cute details that made for great photo spots. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had all the necessities for our stay. The outdoor area was amazing and the pool and hot tub were a hit even in “colder” months for AZ. The hosts were extremely responsive and clearly communicated their expectations. We will definitely be back the next time we’re coming to Scottsdale!!

This home looks just like the pictures, and all the amenities listed are available. I recommend April's place for a short—or long-term stay. I enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!

Perfect location for us to visit family & friends. Quiet neighborhood. The home is a little dated, but clean & comfortable with nice updates in the bedrooms. Wonderful to have a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. The good-sized backyard was great for our dog. Angelo was super-helpful & responsive. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Came to the Scottsdale area to attend Barrett Jackson. Landscaping was well kept and we enjoyed time outside too. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Ella and David’s rental! The surrounding area/neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very safe. The bathroom is gorgeous and very clean! We were sad to not see the horses out during our stay but maybe next time :) the heater kept us very warm during the chilly winter night. We love that the room is pet friendly and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Phoenix/Cave Creek area.

We loved our stay. Charles’ BnB is located in a great spot near the ASU campus and within walking distance of a few great cafe’s and restaurants. The place is quite cozy as well. Charles is super friendly and helped us feel right at home when we got in.

The house is very nice, the patio is amazing, I wish I could return in summer to take advantage of the pool.

Great stay for our family! Enjoyed the house to the full extent using the back yard, grill, making lots of meals in great kitchen, took a walk in the neighborhood, and easy access to everything for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Joseph was responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend Joseph's place.

Great location for what we were in town for! It is very cute and homey. We are in our late 50’s so the bed against the wall was a bit of a struggle and getting up from the futon 😄. Definitely heard the roasters which is in the listing. There isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so prepare to wipe off mirrors. Great place for a young couple or small family.

absolutely wonderful home for a nice weekend getaway!! came down with friends and enjoyed the Nascar race. home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful location with a quiet neighborhood. the home has plenty to offer for all ages to enjoy! very homy feeling and relaxing. Host was very pleasant and nice. very quick to reply with any questions and informative and helpful!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice getaway from the busy life. Would definitely come back in the future if available!

A really great house in a wonderful location. The space was exactly as described. We really enjoyed staying here, it was very peaceful, the backyard was tranquil with a great view overlooking the golf course. We enjoyed using the kitchen and found everything needed to cook dinner. Thanks James for the wonderful stay, we would definitely return here when we come back to the Phoenix area.

There were a lot of amenities and there was enough of everything (dishes, flatware, towels, bedding) to easily accommodate our group of 18. We cooked a lot, and there were enough crock pots, pots and pans, and other kitchen gadgets to handle everything we needed. We had a great time, and the space was as stated so we were able to figure out sleeping arrangements and activities in advance.

We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again on our next Scottsdale visit. Super clean and quiet with the most fantastic location. Being this close to Old Town yet so quiet is truly amazing. The hostess was extremely helpful with a special request for the holiday season. Great house!

It was a great stay while me a a few friends explored around Scottsdale for activities. The backyard was a great place to hang around at as there were was a private Gazebo and sun chairs to lounge in. A very enjoyable stay!
