Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Summit County

We had an incredible stay at this family-friendly Airbnb in Breckenridge! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals together, and the cozy living room with a fireplace was perfect for winding down after a day of skiing and exploring. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge, with breathtaking mountain views all around. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable family getaway in the mountains! Make sure you get your cookies. They are worth it.

Had our family Christmas here. Beautifully decorated for the holidays, Susan even left gifts for my grandkids. The house is great to get out of the crowds. It’s about 15 minutes from town not a bad drive at all. We had snow everyday and our driveway was cleared so we could get in and out easily. The kids loved having the outdoor space to play in the snow, hot tub or having snowball fights. Sleds were there for them to use also. Amazing house and stay close to breck. Sweetest host and super responsive. Absolutely gorgeous place and will definitely be back. Best ski house we’ve stayed in at blue river, and super close to the mountain.

Great little house in the mountains. Off the main hustle of Breck, which was great for relaxation but not too far away from downtown. We could probably have walked but was here in the wintertime so some of the walking trails had a lot of snow. Well organized kitchen with lots of amenities made cooking easy. Bedrooms are small but the house was a good size for 4 adults to live comfortably together for a few days, though we were outside cross country skiing for a lot of that!

Great property , perfect location , loved everything about the property! Address was missing a letter that needed to be corrected. It is unit “C” of the A,B,C opt ions I had to check each unit to find it, and I tried Ab&b customer service but they did not respond for over 24 hours and the owner never responded to my call to the contact number on the entry information

Great house and great location . Easy to get to & from the resort and the town. The house is comfortable & clean.

We had a great stay at Kelly's place. The home was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our son's dog that came to visit. While we did not use it, it was nice to see the bus line so close. It was nice to go down to the lake and see all the people walking and cross country skiing out on the frozen lake.

This is a wonderful place located just down the road from any of the keystone resort parking lots. The home is very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. Great for skiing and great for a peaceful getaway. Allowing our dog made the experience all the more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ski trip.

It's hard to find fault in my experience here, but three things stood out above everything else: 3. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Being so close to Keystone, I though I'd be tackling a maze of garages, codes and restrictions. But once we received our keycards, finding our place was refreshingly simple. 2. While the unit was very comfortable, the bed stood out as one of the best I've found at an Airbnb, hotel or anywhere else. I want to replace all of my pillows with the pillows here. 1. The location cannot be beat. It should be obvious as this is listed as ski-in, ski-out, but getting to the lifts takes less than a five minute walk. The town is right there. If you wanted to, you could park once and not have to leave for a week. Great find.

Great place and location. View out the back window was peaceful. Easy entry, very helpful pictures about parking. Neighbors were quiet. Easy access to the slopes and downtown. Nice places to walk our dog.

Such a great place to stay. The bus stop outside the house was amazing. Nathan and his team were very responsive the entire time. Would recommend and would stay again if visiting Vail again.

Antoine is an absolute boss at communicating. Very quick. The space was absolutely dreamy. I know it is superficial but the aesthetics were so classy & warm. I had the most magical time & was honestly mind blown. Bah I honestly didn’t wanna leave. Thank you thank you thank you. 🏂❄️

We absolutely loved Donna’s place, being able to walk to the Gondola and nearby shops and restaurants was fabulous… and then you’re looking out at nature/the river and the mountain it was just stunning THANK you for a great stay can’t wait to come back next year! :))

Great place, super comfortable and great location. Our toddler loved all the toys to play with and bonus having an EV charging station at the complex.

I’ve stayed with summit properties several times and always been extremely pleased! Perfect place to stay with a family and ski!

Daniel’s space is exactly how it looks, but honestly the pictures doesn’t do it justice! The home is gorgeous and accommodated me and my girlfriends perfectly. It was a bit difficult getting rideshares during our stay, even though we weren’t far from restaurants and activities. So that was a bummer. Overall, we had a good time and the home was cozy and well equipped for our stay!

A beautiful, clean, home. It was hard to leave the hut tub next to the creek!

This is our second time in this condo. The Summit County team responds to needs quickly and the condo is clean and comfortable for a large family. There is plenty to do especially if you are willing to drive just a bit. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much.

Beautiful home! The views from the living room and porch will take your breath away. Space was wonderful for a large group. We were able to be together with plenty of space but also able to spread out when needed.

This was a great place for a gathering of friends. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful location, we enjoyed sitting on the deck for a late afternoon conversation. The host was extremely thorough with reminders, and detailed instructions. We would definitely come back.
