Cosy Cornish cottage with large log burner. Located in the village of Summercourt which is just 6 miles from Newquay and 8 miles from Truro. The cottage has close links to the A30 to make exploring Cornwall very easy! The cottage is located a stones throw away from a bus stop and convenience store with post office. The village has two local pubs one of which has a very popular restaurant and cocktail bar. Perfect for a couple get away, a small group of friends or a young family!

This quiet compact retreat has a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe and shelving, ensuite toilet, wash basin and shower. Outside is a paved patio area with a small dining table and chairs and a private designated parking area. It adjoins our own family home but has its own private access and within our lovely established gardens.

It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.
