What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

Amazing place to stay well equipped everything you need is there very clean amazing host just spent Christmas here and it was amazing the views were amazing so peaceful beautiful lodge thank you ray

We had such a lovely stay - the photos cannot quite do the beautiful view justice. The house was spotlessly clean, and the perfect size for five adults, a baby and two dogs. The dogs had such a fantastic time running around the garden whilst the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Andrew's instructions were perfectly clear and he was very helpful and responsive during our stay. There are so many beautiful walks in the area. The house is full of modern amenities - the showers are fantastic. Highly recommended!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Really beautiful apartment, but the outside area with the river views and wildlife are excellent . As is the location.

We had a lovely 3 nights in Hopes & Beams, Gemma was a fantastic host, very communicative and responsive to messages, she even popped up to The Lodge to give us some directions for the walks we wanted to do. The lodge is fantastic with everything you could ask for, very clean and finished to a very high standard, we cooked in the lodge all 3 nights and cooking facilities etc were spot on. The hot tub is great,especially after the long walks. The surroundings are wonderful and great to see the farm in operation with all the family (and dogs) involved. We did the Pateley Bridge circular walk, walking down through the farm and woods and picking it up at Low Laithe, on to Pateley by the river nidd and then headed back out of Pateley via Glasshouses, Willsill and Smelthouses and then the following day we did Brimham rocks, had a good look around there and then made a circular trip back via Low Laithe, calling at the Ye Olde Oak for a few pints in the sunshine! We would highly recommend 5*

We had a great stay I this apartment. It was exactly as described, it was very clean, peaceful and comfortable a real home from home. It was within easy walking distance of the town and had restaurants nearby. Parking was easy. This was our first Airbnb stay and the bar is set high for our next one!

Lovely house - perfect for spending family time together. Really peaceful location, this coupled with the very comfy beds, meant we slept really well, the perfect start to the new year! Lots of space, 2 sitting areas and a large kitchen meant we could enjoy time together without feeling we were on top of one another. 3 great pubs in the village that serve good food and very close to Clitheroe for supermarkets/shops.

Great location, shops within walking distance, FANTASTIC Fish and Chip shop just across the road. Beds very comfortable and linen spotless. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Enclosed back garden which was great for our dogs. Quiet and peaceful area. Really liked the sound of the church bells. Amber is a lovely person, very helpful and considerate. We have booked to go back at the end of May for 4 nights.

A beautiful, private estate. We thoroughly enjoyed our lodge. Amazing wildlife throughout and around the park. A great destination with plenty of walking routes nearby. I would highly recommend Ribblesdale park and will definitely be returning.
