The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decoration and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a baking dish to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and didn't go down once during the week we were there. There is also a good work desk and office chair in the same environment as the living/dining room, which has air-conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very quiet, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a convenience store in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but honestly nothing got in the way of our experience. The space is very nice and cozy.

In addition to being new, tastefully decorated, equipped and well maintained, there are many details in the accommodations that refer to the care that the hosts show they have for their guests! It was a very good experience that we intend to repeat!

Cozy apartment, very complete, extremely clean, well decorated, we also liked the location, organized condominium and very clean too, Lucas, who was our host, was extremely attentive, responded quickly, very helpful and polite, gave us tips on places to shop and helped us with all the questions we had, we were greeted with a box of cookies and a super affectionate note! Our daughter loved it, we loved the affection! The coffee corner, the kitchen and the living room, a charm... we loved everything!! We will recommend it to everyone for sure!!

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

William's space is described exactly as it is. Simple environment, very clean, even with little ventilation, the house is not stuffy. We settled very well. Extremely quiet area. We were the ones who made a mess, my four-year-old boy felt very at home and made a lot of mess. A really cool space for them to play. If we need it again, I'll definitely be back.

The space is very cozy, with oriental-themed décor. Good shower, good air-conditioned room. For me, who needed an outdoor space because of the puppy, it met expectations, the grassy yard is excellent.

Eduardo's house in Itupeva is simply amazing! Very large, modern, super clean and extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and I definitely want to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because the time was short and the heater didn't have time to fully heat up, but it still looked great. I highly recommend it!

This is the second time we've stayed at Rodrigo's house. The location is great, the condominium is very quiet and has everything close by. We always enjoy the pool, the barbecue, the living room is very cozy, the showers are great... we love staying there and highly recommend it!

The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant linens, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a bedroom and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the bedroom. We will definitely be back!
