Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. Our cozy 3* apartment is located in Oy-Mittelberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, each additional on request. In the living room, there is a comfortable pull-out couch for 2 more people. Baby cot available if needed. A private garden invites you to grill and relax. Nearby is the Rottachsee, Schwarzenbergerweiher and Grüntensee. Hikers and bikers will get their money's worth in summer and in winter there are ski resorts nearby.

The small nest in the attic (4th floor, without an elevator with a partially narrow steep staircase) in Kempten old town you have all to yourself. Start the day on the roof terrace. You can easily walk to a variety of good restaurants, the pedestrian zone and thus all kinds of shopping. Car parking space right by the house. Kempten is located in the heart of the Allgäu. From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.

My penthouse apartment with large rooftop terrace, quiet location and views over the rooftops of Kemptens is right in the center of our beautiful city. All important locations are within walking distance, in the mountains you are within 20 minutes by car. The Allgäu Forum shopping center is about a 5-10 minute walk. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu, or discover the mountains sporty!

LIVE IN THE CITY AND LIVE LIKE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. The renovated apartment (61 square meters) is located in the basement and can be reached via its own covered staircase. The apartment is bright, friendly and located in a very quiet neighborhood in the town of Kempten. From every window you can look into a large and beautifully overgrown garden. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture and an awning.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.
