The apartment has an open kitchen solution, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and its own sauna. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and otherwise has what you usually need.

Ålesund was voted as the most beautiful city in Norway. It is surrounded by sea and with short distance to both beaches and mountains it’s perfect for all kind of activities.

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV

Secluded outdoor area and free parking. 5 min drive to Amfi Moa which is one of Norway's greatest shopping centers 20 min to the centre of Ålesund. 20 min to Devoldfabrikken outlet. 1 hour to Strandafjellet Skisenter. The apartment is perfect as a base for various excursions. Welcome! Some minor maintenance work such as painting takes place on the property. (Not when guests are present)

Stor og romslig tomannsbolig sentralt på sunnmøre leies ut i perioder da jeg jobber på sjøen og huset står tomt. Boligen består av to etasjer, hvor det blant annet er to bad, to store soverom, stor stue med sofa/tv plass og spisestue. Kjøkken har alt nødvendig, og også et spisebord med 4 stoler. Uteplass består av hage og markterrasse. Grill og paviljong på sommertid. Geiranger, trollstigen og Ålesund sentrum er bare en liten biltur unna!
