Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Marija und ihr Bruder Frane waren sehr großartige Gastgeber, mit denen man schnell kommunizieren konnte. Das moderne Haus ist in zwei getrennte Wohnungen eingeteilt, welche sogut wie identisch aufgebaut sind (die untere Wohnung hat noch zusätzlich ein separates Klo) Der Pool mit etwas Salzwasser und den eingebauten Whirlpooldüsen ist ein absolutes Highlight und war auch in den kälteren Abendstunden angenehm warm. Insgesamt war das gesamte Grundstück und Haus sehr sauber und großräumig, was den Aufenthalt einer größeren Gruppe sehr angenehm macht. Bis nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20-25 Minuten, allerdings gibts auch relativ nah innerhalb kurzer Fahrtzeit einige gute und leckere Restaurants.

We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Poesia! Despite our late arrival at 9:30 pm, Angel greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. His hospitality was exceptional—he not only gave us a thorough tour of the villa but also welcomed us with a delightful platter of cold cuts and fresh fruits, a thoughtful touch after our long journey. The villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after our day trips. Angel continued to go above and beyond, treating us with wine, plums, and melons, which made us feel truly pampered. While the villa is a bit of a drive from Zadar and the local dining options are limited, having two cars made exploring easier. Despite this, the tranquil atmosphere and Angel's attention to detail made our stay absolutely worth it. We highly recommend Villa Poesia and would love to return!

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Wir waren mit 6 Jungs dort und hatten eine schöne Zeit, die vielen Sportmöglichkeiten haben wir viel genutzt bei herrlicher Bergkulisse. Ana hat immer schnell und Höflich geantwortet, Ana bot uns viele Ideen und Locations an, wodurch unser Aufenthalt noch besser war. die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt. mit besten Grüßen Jakob

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und unsere Ansprüche mehr als erfüllt. Es war sauber, super schön eingerichtet und modern. Wir waren 6 Personen und für uns war alles perfekt! Über Pool, das Haus ansich und den Raum außerhalb. Die Kommunikation war makellos und auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch für kleinere Anliegen gab es immer ohne Probleme eine Lösung. Ein Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen (dafür haben wir auch Empfehlungen bekommen). Es war rundum super und es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

Byliśmy ze znajomymi i spędziliśmy bardzo miło czas. Sara jest bardzo pomocna. Dom ma wszystko czego można potrzebować !

Fint hus i lantlig miljö! Vi bodde 13 personer bekvämt. Vi hade en jättebra vistelse och Daniel fick oss att känna oss som hemma.

what a fantastic villa and a beautiful pool. The apartments are all of a high standard and it works brilliantly for a large group with plenty of space and quality pool amenities including wooden sun loungers. Murter is fantastic too with an array of excellent restaurants and bars and the views are fantastic. We loved every minute. Marko was a great host and responded to every request immediately.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

10/10 in every way! We had an incredible time at The View Vodice from start to finish. It was one of the nicest houses I've ever stayed in, let alone rented. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and so comfortable. It has everything you need and much more - brand new finishes, very comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and all the appliances and tools you can think of. It was sparkling clean. The outside area / pool / outdoor kitchen is a dream come true. The house is perfect and we never wanted to leave. Niko was very friendly and responsive throughout, from start to finish. He helped us by giving us recommendations in the area and hooking us up with a nearby restaurant to have dinner delivered. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

Es war toll bei Sabina! Sie und ihr Mann haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein riesiges Verpflegungspaket inkl. Obstkorb, Schinken, Käse, Brot, Wein, kaltem Bier, Süßigkeiten und sogar einer einer vollausgestatteten Bar! Großartig. Als wir sagten wir werden auch mal grillen, stand am nächsten Tag ein Sack Grillkohle vor der Türe. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die kleine ruhige Bucht. Es gibt einen schönen Strand mit mehreren hippen Strandbars, einem Bootsverleih und ein super Fischrestaurant direkt nebenan. Man ist super schnell zu Fuß in Tribunj oder mit dem Auto oder Boot in Šibenik. Alles in allem eine super Lage. Wir reisten mit Baby, auch hier wurde uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt was wir brauchten (Babybett, Hochstuhl usw.). Zum Abschied brachte Sabina uns nochmal ein Geschenk für das Kind und Wein für uns mit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder! :)

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely week here. the pool was really well appointed and got the sun all day. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a very peaceful area and quite rural and so a car is definitely needed.

Edi va väldigt bra, hjälpsam, väldigt mottagande och vistelsen var perfekt. Ett riktigt lyxhus. Känslan var perfekt och det kändes som ett eget privat avskilt ställe som hade det man önskade. Vi kommer väldigt gärna hit igen! Ute köket va sjukt fint. Poolen va perfekt. Man hade önskat mer än 6 nätter på ett sådant här ställe.
