The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

The place is very nice and clean. We were very pleased with everything. Above all, the dike and the lock are just a few steps away, as is the old town of Makkum. We will certainly be back.

Nice cottage. Located freely on a bike path across the water. Bed is very good. It's nice that there are screens for the windows above. Everything is amply provided. We sailed with the boat to Hindeloopen. Very nice! Boat is difficult to start. If you want to cross the water on foot, you can cross through the meadow (right of way) at the bridge. Cottage is highly recommended!
