Christine is very available to organize your trip, responsive to messages and good advice. The house is located in a quiet green hillside without being too far from Semriach but you mustn't take the wrong road! Very nice setting and house as described. See you next year.

we rented this beautiful house to escape a bit from the city and relax, our decision for this house was just right. The house is situated in a quiet, beautiful area overlooking the green mountains. Whirlpool, sauna as well as everything you need to spend a short or long holiday. Bozica was very nice and always answered our questions quickly and was very easily accessible. 110% recommended and happy to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay very much! One note, the swimming pool of the nearby hotel (which you will access) was a bit dated and poorly maintained. However, there is a 15-minute drive away in Velenje is a beautiful lake where you can swim and there is plenty to do. The house itself is well maintained and clean, you also really get a homely feeling. The contact with Ursa is also very pleasant and she responds very quickly! We'd love to come back!

Apartment close to bus and train stations. One block from the river and in the historic centre. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of space.

We had a very nice stay at Ana's place. The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. Location top, in the middle of the city center but still quiet. We felt like at home.

Perfect place for a stay in Graz, the parking spot saves time and money! Located at the southern border of the center, it is near the highway entrance and the tram stop to the center is steps from the building. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, quite and well furnished. Marco was super nice, and always willing to help us have a great stay. Definitely recommended!

Assalam Alaykum As if I had left my heart in El Tendorf and returned to Saudi Arabia ! : Incidentally, I found this place in Airbp.. and the first time I (lived) through the program And the first time I went to the lower Austria (south of Vienna) .. I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

We have already been to Franz several times - that speaks for itself. We were very comfortable! Great scenery, great amenities and a friendly host. Located in a wonderfully quiet environment, ideal for switching off and relaxing. Unbeatable value for money!

Martin was the perfect host. He was there y welcome me and handover the keys and the explain how everything worked. He was also very helpful with local recommendations. Checkout was also very easy since Martin was present personally for the same. Whenever I had a question Martin was always very responsive. One of my better AirBnB experiences!

Dominik and his apartment were wonderful from start to finish! Communication from Dominik was excellent and he helped us out with all sorts of random requests that went over and above what was expected. The apartment is even bigger and more spacious than the photos would show and is so well equipped with everything you would need (with very generous additions in the fridge!). Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The apartment is very quiet and yet in the middle of the city, just great. Check-in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Mrs. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful surroundings! The house is very clean, beautifully designed, and tastefully decorated. The indoor swing was our favorite! It's a 20 minute drive to Ljubljana which is very convenient though other forms of transportation are also available. I highly recommend Luka's place.
