We found the apartment extremely pleasant and homely within the walking distance to the strict center of the city. It was spotlessly cleat with all the amenities that we could wish for away from home.

Nice and spacious flat, well equipped and modern, the furniture and equipment are in excellent condition. It even has a dishwasher and washing machine, and a huge fridge. Nice beds. Two safes. A small roof terrace too! The whole flat was very clean. It has a great location also, close to the historic city center. Parking is a nightmare, but that is true in most of the city. Getting in was easy, once we learned how the app works. It was perfect for our needs, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious apartment in a great location. The centre of Graz is only 15 minute walk, plus there are bars, places to eat and a supermarket at the end of the road. Easy access to the off street car parking. The digital keyless access works really well. Apartment had plenty of amenities.

Nice place, we were only there one night but we felt comfortable with our dog. It's really easy to walk nearby.

It was our pleasure to stay in the Nest while exploring the Styria region. The patio/BBQ area was a highlight and we made full use of this every evening! Bedroom was comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. There are many beautiful hiking opportunities in the area, and lots of local wine to explore. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always on hand to help and the information provided on the Nest and the surrounding area was superb. Thanks very much Bettina and Dario!

The Teltscher family vacation home is an absolute oasis of well-being amid vineyards, bush taverns, good food, and stories that our stay has written over five days. We will be happy to come back next year:)

We were a women's group and Bernhard's apartment was the starting point and end of our tour of Graz. For this, the apartment was perfect and fully corresponded to the photos and description. Communication was super friendly and straightforward. Great value for money. The apartment is close to a park with a party location, which is why it can be a little louder outside at night, but it did not bother us and the master bedroom facing the courtyard is completely quiet.

Milena's apartment is located in a courtyard, very quiet (only the church bells can sometimes be heard). We felt very comfortable, it was all as described and very clean. You can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes and parking is available nearby on the street.
