Beautiful modern cottage. All rooms were clean and lovingly furnished. We lacked nothing. Also, the hosts accommodated us at the check-out time. Regarding location, a star deduction, as on the day of arrival directly on the neighboring property, a construction site was in full. However, this is not possible for the hosts. A dishwasher would also be cool :)

Leonards Place is a lovely, peaceful accomodation-we felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay due to the extremly welcoming vibes from the host himself and of course the house.

We had a wonderful time here - Christian is a great host who also had a lot of good tips for us, we definitely want to come back and can recommend this beautiful place to anyone 🤗

Micheal was gracious, thorough and accommodating during the checking in process. Instructions were clear. The apartment was conveniently located to the Loipersdorf Thermal Spa and main route from Vienna. We had originally hoped to book a place at the hotels next to the Spa but within minutes of our arrival at Michael's place, we realized we had the better deal. We rented three of the many bedrooms at this gorgeous Hacienda-style mansion. Place was clean and very spacious and had everything for an enjoyable stay. The three bedrooms came in very handy with our family of many ages and needs. My son enjoyed the game room with pool table and electronic dart board. A certain charm from a farmstead of previous generations shone through the modern furnishings. Everything was updated, but respecting the original architecture. Would be a charming location for a feature movie set. Our trip highlight was a memorable evening reading together in the living-room kitchen area

We spent cozy days at Anna's Kellerstöckl. We are completely satisfied, felt provided with all the relevant information and were surprised by the extensive equipment of the house. Furthermore, the surroundings offered the opportunity to pursue our needs for retreat and tranquility and to forget about looking at the fireplace. We are very grateful to have been guests.

The covered terrace with the sliding door and windscreen was perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine overlooking the Riegersburg. Was the perfect place to stay during the forging class at Kalderum. Thank you and best regards,

Fantastic place, as pretty as the pictures. Very responsive hosts. View off the back patio over the pool is amazing, a little road noise, but silent inside. Well built and well decorated in an incredibly beautiful stretch of countryside and wineries

A truly fantastic place. We stayed there for almost a week and will definitely be back. What was a little unclear, the cleaning situation. After almost a week, it would have been nice to have swept through and we would have gotten fresh towels. But of course is not a hotel, so I would only deal with it differently next time that it will be for sure.

Perfect place to stay! We are delighted with Sabrina's apartment! Coziness, spaciousness, style – there is everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with every detail. Everything was thought out to the last detail and felt like a home away from home. SPA, thermal springs, baths, walks – every day here fills with energy and joy. There was nothing missing. Furnishings, space and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. The place is easily accessible, and even has its own parking space. Safety devices ensure a relaxed stay. Graz is easily explored on foot from the property, shopping is right around the corner. Great! A few additions to the kitchen inventory as well as a shower rod would bring bonus points. Overall, we would come back immediately, and would like to sincerely thank Heinz for his hospitality.

It was a very enjoyable stay. Great flat. Very nicely decorated. New bathroom. Very light and lots of sun although it's winter right now. The location is great! And Bernhard (landlord) very sweet and accommodating. Rarely have you been so positively surprised by an Airbnb. Will be back

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!
