Near the apartment there is a ski resort in Teplice (7 km) and a ski resort in Petříkovice (25 km). The apartment is part of the house and has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove and hood. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2. Stone terrace with table and chairs overlooking Ostaš. A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.
