Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Suan Luang

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Definitely a must stay

I had an incredible experience at Natt’s place! Stayed with my family of 10 + 2 kids. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. There were sufficient rooms, bathrooms to accommodate everyone and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. Almost every room had a balcony too. The location was perfect—close to Terminal 21 and many shops nearby. One of the best parts was how kid-friendly the house was! There were loads of toys, making it a perfect stay for families with children. Natt was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and offering great recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any large families coming to BKK. I suppose the only con would be a faint sewage smell & the mozzies that comes from the road outside. but it's bearable. Thanks for the hospitality Natt!

The listing for this beautiful place did not do it justice- it was even more beautiful than we'd imagined. Tor was very kind and flexible with check- in, and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day when we had a night train. The neighborhood felt safe and all was quiet and so comfortable!

Staying at TT's Airbnb was an absolute delight! It was exactly what I had hoped for: spacious, modern, and immersed in Thai culture. The host was incredibly accommodating, arranging my airport pickup, being flexible with check-in, and ensuring the room was cool and comfortable with both AC and a fan.I loved the unique shower experience with a sunroof, and the bed was unbelievably cozy, facing a large-screen TV for ultimate relaxation. The location gave me an authentic glimpse into the Thai local life, with warm, friendly Thai people always greeting me with a smile. While the MRT is a bit of a walk, I thoroughly enjoyed it, as it allowed me to experience the city’s vibrant streets and culture firsthand. The restaurant downstairs is a must-try, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're an adventurous traveler looking for a true Bangkok experience, this is the perfect place to stay!

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

This house exceeded my expectations. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I woke up feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend for girls 💙

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

Also recommended their place to a friend. Absolutely loved the decor of the place, and it was great they had a living room to chill and a common area to hang out if you have late checkout.

A very welcoming and responsive host who gave us all the information we wanted. A very clean and tastefully furnished apartment. We won't look for another place to stay when we come back to Bangkok.

Great place to stay. Great location, great building staff and the home was perfect. It had all that we needed for our 3 week stay including a comfortable bed. There are 3 large grocery stores within walking distances and you can walk to the train (BTS) that will allow you to explore all of Bangkok. If you like padel tennis, Pad Thai Padel is a 35 minute walk. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok. We will be back.

Christophe’s place is quiet, comfortable, and matches the photos and description perfectly. The building is safe, clean, and far enough from the bustle that you can feel at peace, while also being a walkable distance from Sukhumvit, BTS, and everything downtown has to offer. As a host, Christophe is literally the most gracious and helpful Airbnb host I have ever had the privilege to meet. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb's, and met many kind and helpful people, but Christophe treated me like family. His place is great and well worth the stay, and as a host earns the highest rating possible. Thank you Christophe!

Great accommodation, we loved the decoration of the apartment, its location as well as the many touches put in place by the host in order to facilitate our stay (toilet paper refills, shower gel, towels...) we were also welcomed with drinks (water, pepsi...). The building is very safe, close to many restaurants and a fairly lively area… Finally, the host (very responsive) made several small films to explain where are stored and how the amenities work, which is great!

The place was great , about 30 minutes from airport and a little more from the hop On hop off ferry. Right next to a large mall and free shuttle to bus / train station

Lovely big and quiet apartment with beautiful wooden furniture and comfy bed. Big wraparound balcony gives amazing 270-degree views including the river and bridge. It’s very well equipped and the wifi, aircon and everything else I used works fine. Suaida literally replies to messages in ten minutes and has to be the best, most helpful and charming host ever! There’s no washing machine in the apartment but cheap pay-for machines are up on the roof near the pool. Situated next to Tonsak Market, now a giant all-day food-court with hundreds of stalls, it’s a long way from the centre, but only a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Ferries from the pier under the station take you all the way to Sathorn for 30b and the huge Westgate Mall is just a few minutes on the MRT.
