Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Within walking distance of the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, hospitality tray, large flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a bakery, two cafes, an organic shop and several good restaurants and nice little shops.

Spacious, Comfy & Bright With Beautiful Garden

Simply arrive and feel at home at our beautiful, newly renovated flat. The flat is within 10 minutes of Panzer, 15 minutes to Patch and about 20 minutes to Kelly. RB would take a little longer. The next bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance. Hiking, biking and running paths start right outside the front door. You will have a beautiful garden and patio for relaxation. We are American and live upstairs and are friendly and totally easy going. I speak fluent German; just in case you need help

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

My accommodation is good for couples, cyclists, students, solo travellers, adventurers, business travellers and families (with children). It is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of SHA, but with a climb = 100 m difference in altitude!!!! Down easy, back better by bus... NO PETS ALLOWED...
