Welcome to Strandängens Lya on the outskirts of Osby! (Read the entire listing!) Here you have views over Osbysjön from the living room, bedroom & sauna! The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

Newly renovated house by Tovhultssjön, Traryd

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. With swimming area a stone's throw from the house, a house with no neighbors. Traryd is just over the hour from the larger cities of Helsingborg and Växjö. Älmhult/Ikea is a 3 mile away. The house consists of two bedrooms with four regular beds, possibility of five. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi and TV are available. Bikes are included. Possibility to rent a boat is added to an additional cost. Non-smoking. The guest includes bed linens, towels and also also cleaners before you leave.

The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we will change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a headland in Vittsjö's lake area, so here you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and there are lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up with a view of a beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the owls' hooting in the evening.

Cozy cottage + guesthouse and 2400m2 forestplot

This typical Swedish cottage in the idyllic woods of Småland hosts up to 4 people. The forrestplot of 2400m2 contains lots of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms for you to pick if you come in late summer or fall. There are 3 holiday houses nearby but you cant really see the neighbours if you don´t want to ;) The nearest lake for swimming is 5 min with car (Badplats Vägla) and another 20 min for a bigger lake sand beach (Vesljungasjöns badplats) We welcome everyone, also dogs offcourse

Scenic modern country house

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Around the knot, there is the forest for those interested in the outdoors, Ikea Musem 1.7 km away. Our cozy newly built cottage with plenty of space to hang out, 3 bedrooms offers 7 sleeping places. Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Our house has a great view of the fields where you can often spot cranes and maybe even a moose. After a day of exploring the beautiful Swedish nature, relax in our wood-fired sauna and embark on the role of “gusmaster.” When darkness falls, you can gather your friends and family around our fire pit and enjoy a cozy evening under the stars.
