House vacation rentals in Stresa

Very nice stay with the family, the house is very clean, very nice decoration, well equipped, the view of the lake is beautiful, really magical and it's very quiet. Very good communication with Albert, tips for accessing the house and recommendations places and restaurants to discover. A problem on arrival and during the week with the small entrance gate which was capricious to open, after multiple tests. The pool is very clean and very large! Beautiful for swimming. Think about bathing cups, balls, snorkel masks not allowed. Min depth 1.50 meter) We had a lovely week discovering the treasures of the area, Ceresolo nearby (beware of the road if you go there on foot), Laveno Monbello where we ate very good ice cream at the Gelateria L 'imbarcadero, took the ferry boat to go to Intra and access the beautiful borrome islands from Stresa or the very pretty village of Cannobio, or Lake Orta. Thanks to Albert.

Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

We experienced a few wonderfully relaxing days in the most beautiful surroundings. We would love to come back again.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

We had a very pleasant stay. The holiday home is quietly located, with a beautiful view. The indoor space is also spacious and stays "cool" during the warm weather; which is of course very pleasant. In the pool, there were always very few to no people present. Blissful ! With its dimensions of 20 by 8 m, it's wonderful to swim a few laps. At 10-15 min walking distance you are at "Spiaggia di ceresolo". For those who love the tranquility, definitely recommended to go to this: a nice place to swim in the lake. Bring umbrella, because there are no shade spots. We stayed there with 2 teenagers (16-18 yrs)

We enjoyed it very much. Have already stayed in several vacation homes and Monika's house is actually also the best in comparison. The location is quiet and you are very private, but the whole thing is topped with the fantastic panoramic view of the lagoon. The house with pool and garden invites you to stay permanently and offers children many play opportunities.

First of all, Casa Mafalda is a beautiful home and was the perfect place for our holiday. The amenities in the home were great, the pool would have been perfect of the weather was warmer 😅, the outdoor dining area is a dream, the bed was comfy and the location was fantastic. A very peaceful village just short walk from bus stops and train station to get wherever you need, supermarkets, café's and of course Lake Maggiore. We had a car, but i would highly recommend using the train as it was all so easy. Elena is a amazing host. Her communication was fantastic, making it very easy to check in, even though our flight was delayed, nothing was a problem. She was on hand with recommendations for local spots. Overall, we loved staying at Casa Mafalda and would highly recommend it to couples and families. We hope to come back one day!

Emanuela and Marco's place was a real favorite! We felt great about it. It is spacious, bright, well decorated, comfortable and extremely well-equipped. It is well located to radiate over the region (as long as you have a car), but set back from the city and therefore very quiet, in addition to having a nice view. Emanuela was very available and welcoming. We recommend this place to discover Lake Major!

If you are in search of a peaceful hideaway in the region Lugano, you've found it. The Casa Unione is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the view and the silence. Inside it's perfectly equipped and furnished with style to make you feel at home! Martin is a very friendly and welcoming host, who tells you everything you need to know and helps you out immediately, if you have a question. I totally can recommend this place.

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

The rooms are very spacious, there are several wet rooms available (ideal for our multi-generational family), the kitchen is well equipped, barbecue and charcoal are available, there is plenty of parking, you can travel super comfortably by public transport - in short: we enjoyed the stay very much and would book the property again immediately.

This home is an oasis of peace surrounded by meadows and trees, perfect for relaxing. You can't hear the slightest noise and at the same time it has all the comforts being within walking distance of the beautiful village of Mergozzo; the house spans two floors, it is nice, clean, tidy and very well furnished. The kitchen is complete with all amenities. The bathroom is new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The house is also a short walk from restaurants and bars. Annarosa is a very kind host and attentive to guests' needs. It made us feel immediately at ease. Communication was great. We recommend this house if you want to have a good time and rest.

Benedikte welcomed us in the beautiful apartment in a very friendly and courteous manner. We were surprised with generous welcome gifts. The communication with Benedikte was straightforward and clear (for us in English). The very clean apartment has everything you need. Both at the house with the beautiful view and the surrounding places on the lake we were able to relax well. The very quiet apartment is strategically very well located as a starting point for many excursions. A large supermarket is easily accessible by car in 5-10 minutes. We fully recommend Benedikte's apartment. If we were to go to the Lago again, we would take the apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay and were still able to enjoy the time in the apartment because of bad weather. The apartment was heatable and very nicely decorated. Fabrizio also gave us a good tip for eating out and also the location so close to the promenade with several playgrounds was ideal with our little daughter. The little shop nearby had delicious specialties. It was a very nice holiday in a particularly nice apartment.

A cottage with a lot of privacy and a unique view at any time of the day. Wonderful morning sun for breakfast and pleasant shade spots in the afternoon. The pool is a real enrichment on hot days and we used it daily. Since the bedrooms are on the lower floor, they were pleasantly cool even in high summer! Only the many mosquitoes disturb the sleep, be sure to pack good mosquito spray. The property has everything you need and is very clean. We will be happy to come back!!
