Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im 2. Stock und liegt unweit vom Stadtzentrum von Passau. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 25 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, mit dem Bus ca. 5 Min, wobei eine Haltestelle 150 Meter entfernt ist. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Rewe, Metzger, Bäcker....) welche gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet was man zum leben braucht. Es gibt keinen separaten Wohnungsschlüssel.
