We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is there. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

Michaela was really kind and helpful and went out of her way to help us find a charger for our electric car. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the beautiful apartment again when we are nearby. Hopefully until next time!

Everything is neat, clean, works, and the kitchen even contains important, helpful things like salt, sugar, vinegar and the like, which you don't bring with you and don't want to buy because of the impractical package sizes. In the bathroom, the same picture regarding toiletries that you may have forgotten to bring yourself.

We stayed with Petra for a week and were very satisfied with everything. The communication with Petra was also very friendly and the amenities were very extensive, we just didn't find any tape ;) If we could improve something, it would only be the mattresses, which we all felt were in need of replacement. The bottom line is that we had a great stay and would be happy to come back 🍀

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. 3 friends stayed for a business trip. There are materials in the house that should be in a normal house. Suitable for cooking. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you.

The place was as described. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Tom was really great, he responds quickly and reliably. One small thing was not quite as great, which is of course subjective, but the bed is really incredibly soft. All in all, it was a great stay and is definitely recommended if you want to explore the area there and do not need unnecessary luxury.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Large, clean and comfortable apartment as described

We felt like we were with good friends. Barbara took very good care of us. She is a super nice and friendly host. We received very good recommendations for excursions and tips. She was also always there for us. We will be happy to come back anytime.

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.

We stayed there for less than a week for training. Very nice bright apartment, everything clean and as described. Nice landlord. There is nothing to complain about :)

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
