Monthly Rentals in Stratford

We loved our stay at Melanie's -- she was very laid-back and extremely kind and hospitable when we made a mistake and even gave us a gift to enjoy while we were there! (Thanks Melanie!) It was a perfect location for everything in Little Falls! The only thing to be aware of is that the two bedrooms are not separated by a door and the bathroom is right off the kitchen, so if you're traveling with someone who is not family, you can hear everything, and it may be a little too close for comfort. We were two friends traveling together for work, and at first we were unsure about privacy, but we quickly figured out how to make it work and were so grateful for this wonderful stay at an affordable price while we were working in Little Falls!

We had a great stay and thought the home was very clean and comfortable. The game room in basement was a fun bonus. We truly appreciated that the hosts ensured the driveway was cleared of snow during a very snowy weekend. We would definitely recommend this home to others looking to for a nice place to stay in the area.

Absolutely beautiful cabin, very private and scenic. The hosts were both very accomodating and flexible, responding quickly and clearly to any questions we had. We all had a very relaxing time, and would love to come back in the future!

Monica was a great host. She was easy to get in touch with and responded right away. I left a pair of earrings in the house and she informed me right away. The house was in a convenient location and easy to get to the Beardsley Castle where we attended a bridal shower. Thank you Monica.
