A beautiful find! Perfect location, the apartment much bigger than seems in the photos, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking Silvia was super helpful and proactive, she was available all during our stay. We would recommend to go outside of hot summer period as the temperature is going extremely high and you couldn't fully enjoy the rooftop. The location is also the best in the city as you're in the heart of the old town but isolated from the noise and close to the supermarkets and the rail station. The beds are quite hard which is typical for any Italian home and the apartment has this charming local aesthetic with beautiful old decorations and fabric tapestry. Definitely worth the price.

Great accommodation in a very central area, also perfect parking in the square where the apartment is located. Romina is a precise and helpful person. Logistically perfect accommodation to spend a couple of days at the Tuscia thermal park.

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

The moment we arrived to Massimo’s place we felt at home. We were taken for a tour within the entire apartment. Massimo is very detailed and descriptive to explain all that is necessary. Highly recommend booking this place. The best surprise happened as we checked out, we were presented with a postcard view of the city.
