My mom and I stayed at Rebecca’s beautiful home for a week, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The house is cosy, stylish, and very comfortable—it's a lovely place to relax and spend time in. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, with friendly and respectful neighbours, so there were no disturbances during our stay. The surroundings are scenic and charming, with beautiful views all around. It's also very convenient, just a short walk to the city centre and very close to a bus stop. The heating system works well, keeping the home warm and comfortable. Rebecca herself is a wonderful host, kind, responsive, and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. Both my mom and I loved our time here, and I’m very grateful for the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

Had a very pleasant stay at this Air Bnb. Host was so helpful even allowed me to stay few hours extra due to my train being delayed would 100% recommend. Property itself is outstanding is as described and was very comfortable, felt like home. If your looking for a place to stay in Birmingham this is the place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

We enjoyed our stay in Bridgnorth and the studio did not disappoint! Perfect for a cosy stay and great location. Lovely cafe next door for Potter fans and the Cliff Railway was just around the corner. Would recommend a visit to the Severn Valley Railway. Highly recommend this property.

This was a lovely apartment that was a great space to relax. It was light, airy, peaceful and clean, and there were basic essentials e.g. towels, tea, coffee that was useful. The host was communicative and responded quickly, although I only called once to sort out an issue with the tv. They called me back asap. I would stay again if needed.

A lovely stay thank you! The place was exactly as the pictures, it had everything we needed with lots of useful amenities. The hosts were so helpful with suggestions for parking etc and were very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in etc. The location is great right in the centre but a quiet apartment, so the best of both! Really great full for the hosts hospitality and for the adjustments that were made to suit us!

I booked Karen's place for my friends who recently moved to UK. She was really nice and helpful to them and they enjoyed the time that spent at her place.

Our stay with Clare was absoloutly amazing. We hadn't quite realized how little the kitchenette was but Clare was very accomodating and even found us a cooker and stove to cook with. They were really good hosts and the farm was beautiful and wonderful for us and our children.

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

The perfect stay! River’s edge was the perfect romantic retreat. So clean and modern with gorgeous river views from your own private terrace. Beautifully presented throughout with a modern, well stocked kitchen including a Tassimo coffee machine. We really loved the welcome box of delicious treats and thoughtful touches. The bedroom and en-suite were also ideal, with a very comfy queen sized bed, smart TV and cosy underfloor heating. As we woke up to the sound of birds singing and little lambs frolicking in the meadow, it felt like truly fairytale start to the day. Plenty of useful local tourist information was also provided. Charlie was also great and only a text away should we need anything… We will definitely look forward to staying here again soon. Joe & JJ

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

we loved this so much that we are already planning our return. Laura and Brian go above and beyond. It felt more like staying with friends because they made us feel so comfortable and welcome and they are just so kind.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

This place is amazing, and Roy was the perfect host, who made us feel very welcome. The view from the hot tub was beautiful, and the fire pit at night was a lovely experience. We would highly recommend this place to stay, and hope to be back soon.

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay we couldn't of picked a better place to stay, the accommodation was spotless, the hot tub was lovely and the overall stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone that wishes for a nice relaxing time away, we will definetly be stopping again in the very near future. Thanks Nigel & Debs for such a welcoming stay.
