My place is located in NE Ames, easy access to I-35, 1 mile to Historic downtown, shopping and 3 miles to Iowa State University. You’ll love my place's private separate living space, bedroom, spa-like bathroom, kitchenette, (No Stove/Oven), off street parking, and the peace and quiet. There are Stairs to get to my space, 4 up to the deck and 12 down to the Basement. You will use the same back door that I use, so this is Not a private entrance. Once you are downstairs, it is private.
