Great stay, fast responsive host, beautiful house and grounds. Well equipped with a fantastic working space for professionals travelling on business. The horses outside the window are a beautiful view too. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

Todd & Susan’s Lux Farm Retreat was very relaxing. This is a beautiful house and property. It is very private and peaceful. The fireplace is an amazing focal point of the house where we were able to spend some quality family time. The upstairs den area was great for the kids to have their own area at times. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Todd and Susan are very proactive, and communication was excellent and responsive.

Steve & Michele’s place was perfect for my friend’s reunion weekend. The house was perfect in every way. Literally no complaints. Steve and Michele were awesome. We can’t wait to come back during winter to see everything covered in snow. The hot tub and kitchen were definitely the highlight of the house. Very spacious and warm.

Great place. Very isolated and a beautiful location but still has all the creature comforts. The deck, view, and space are amazing. Fast WiFi, 2 bathrooms, and a dishwasher with garbage disposal are really cool in a rustic location like this. The wood fires hot tub was obviously the star of the show. Clear instructions and good communication for everything. The gas grill and gas fire pit were nice. Every thing was comfortable and great. Stress free. Hope to stay here again, thanks for everything.

Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The view overlooking Ragged Mountain was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and scenic backdrop. The living room and kitchen layout was perfect for spending time together, and everything felt spacious and well-kept. While we would have preferred a formal dining table, the breakfast bar with four chairs worked out fine for our group. The downstairs area was a big hit with the kids—they loved the air hockey table and ESPN hoop game. The three bedrooms were a good size, and all the beds were very comfortable. Jenn was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Overall, a wonderful getaway spot—we’d definitely come back!

Very happy with our short stay at this location. Very quiet and beautiful location with only a few minutes drive to commercial areas in Westminster and Fitchburg. Space was small but cozy and was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs.

Brianna's farm apartment was just as described! It was very clean, warm and quite spacious. We had everything we needed to have the perfect restful weekend in the barn, with the most peaceful surroundings. Brianna left some delicious teas and chocolate which was also nice personal touch. We didn't need anything during our stay but our pre-visit communications were super helpful and very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot right next to Okemo! The cabin was better than the photos, felt really homey and clean.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I own a cleaning business, so I’m picky. The place was immaculate. Many extras, so if you forgot a toiletry, chances are Susan has provided it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. 2 tv’s, small fridge and a toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again.

Great April Vacation getaway! I was visiting local family in the area and I was worried about being able to find a place that could also accommodate our cats. No problem with David! His place was pet-friendly, clean, spotless and gorgeous! My cats felt very comfortable and LOVED, and looking about the kitchen window at his chickens. Bit hit! 🐓 🐈‍⬛ I personally loved the shower head pressure, the separate entrance, and aesthetic decorations. My husband loved watching “Black Adder” on the big screen TV ! All around hit! 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect retreat for our 30th Anniversary. Lots of hiking nearby, cozy cabin,tasty treats to greet us, and little quirky surprises everywhere. Beautifully decorated and lacked for nothing. Lisa answered our few questions quickly and gave tons of suggestions for local activities. We would definitely return!

We have been coming back to the red house with our children every year for the past 7-8 years. It’s a magical, peaceful place, a place like no other. The cabin has everything needed and we always find it in great condition.

Snowshoe cabin is so charming! I really loved my stay in this cozy little cabin. We got a few mornings of snow, which made it all the more idyllic. The heated floors, covered porch, and view of the pond really stand out. I felt very safe and comforted while being there. The vintage touches throughout were well appointed, and the modern up to date features were appreciated in contrast. I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone who loves a charming cabin that feels like being wrapped up in a warm blanket
