Monthly Rentals in Stobart Lake

Great place. Small, but had everything we needed and close to fantastic facilities (YMCA) and great restaurants and shopping. April is very responsive and the place is a breeze to check in/out of… 5/5.

Henry and Carla were very attentative and responded to messages almost instantly. We stayed for 2 months and had to receive some mail to the house, they accomodated even this. The space was well kept and confortable for us and our new baby. We loved the area as it was so close to Lina's italian market and Brittania shopping area (it has so many cute shops). Many things are walkable. I highly recommend this space to anyone needing to spend some time in Calgary.

The listing looked exactly like the photos, very clean and easy to access. Probably the cleanest Airbnb stay I've had to do, like seriously immaculate! Alexa was accommodating on our late check in and was quick to respond when we messaged her. Minor con but the sound traveled easily in this space as we could hear the hosts upstairs and the individuals renting the other units so I'm sure they heard us too. This doesn't deter from my 5 star rating, however, we'd rent again for sure!

Great space. Easy to get into and find. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Parking was a breeze. Greatly appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot water kettle in the room! Snacks were very nice as well and a great touch. Microwave and fridge was a huge bonus too. Bathroom/shower is a bit small but nothing unmanageable. Everything was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Not a place to stay if you sleep in, as they have a young family with little ones awake early upstairs. Wasn't an issue for us as we were up and out and about early as well. Overall, the value was great and I wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time we are in the area.
