Bouganvillee and Coulungiones (IUN code: R1528)

PoppyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lovely upstairs unit in Stintino with a courtyard. The apartment is located within the house (upstairs unit). Kitchen and living room decor was very cute but did not include any soap, simple toiletries which would have been nice. A few A/C units across the rooms. Walk to town is around 10 minutes but you will need a car for beaches, etc.

Diego and Adèle were very welcoming and responsive when we needed it most. The apartment is very functional and quiet. The pool is very large and not very busy. The apartment is in a great location and is next to the famous "La Pelosa" beach. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks again

Maurizio's place is fantastic! The outdoor kitchen with spectacular ocean and coastline views makes the property a unique experience. The house is well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. The sunsets were beautiful. We can recommend the place 100%
A vibrant beach scene unfolds under a clear blue sky. Colorful umbrellas dot the sandy shoreline, where visitors can be seen enjoying the sun and surf. Lush greenery frames the view, while a historical tower rises in the background, adding to the coastal charm.

House in the city center

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The communication with Giulia was perfect, she was always available and helpful. The apartment is located just 2 minutes from the large parking lot which is very convenient. We particularly liked the front and back terrace, which offers plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and all windows and doors are equipped with screens, which ensures a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is super friendly, and all major shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall an apartment that far exceeded our expectations!
An outdoor terrace features a comfortable yellow seating area, offering sweeping views of the coastline and surrounding landscape. The tiled floor complements the open space, which is covered by a large awning for shade, creating an inviting spot to relax.

Stintino - Sardinia - Villa "RR" in Stintino (SS)

DavidRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Fantastic location. The balcony offers beautiful views of two sides of the oceans and the mountain in the middle. Most peaceful place I have stayed. The balcony provided numerous opportunities to sun bath, relax in the shade, eat… we truly enjoyed this location. Apartment is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, snacks and necessary accommodations. The beaches are a short walk away. It was the perfect place to have a nice quiet relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and maintained communication throughout our stay as necessary. I would definitely put this on my return list. Probably one of the best, most recharging vacation.
A spacious living area is highlighted by large glass doors offering an unobstructed view of the sea and Castelsardo's historic castle. Soft couches are complemented by decorative pillows, while a sleek television and a modern ceiling fan enhance the room's contemporary design.

The Great Beauty

Brand new dream apartment, with every comfort, 5-star cleanliness, comfortable beds... but the location is the real gem... it feels like diving into the village, when you open the curtains of the large window you are left breathless! That tub at sunset with the lights that come on will be unforgettable!! Wonderful terrace overlooking the cliff... too bad we didn't have much time, but we will definitely be back! Everything was wonderful! Thank you
The exterior of the two-story beach house is adorned with soft yellow walls and features a spacious patio area. Comfortable seating arrangements are under a large umbrella, surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.
