We had an amazing stay in Stilbaai! The house was perfectly situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves all day long. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Really great place for a big family, we could cook together, eat together and relax together without feeling cramped. More than enough cutlery and crockery too. I liked the way that 3 bedrooms are not part of the main house as it gives a lot of privacy. I also liked that the TV room is a separate room so the kids can sit in there and the sound of the tv is not heard throughout the house. Beautiful surroundings, we saw owls, tortoises, eland, zebra and bushbuck.

A Perfect Getaway for a Cozy and Scenic Retreat From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb felt like home. The warm lighting and inviting fireplace created the perfect atmosphere for a chilly evening, best enjoyed with a glass of red wine. The hosts’ attention to detail made all the difference—from thoughtful touches around the home to the seamless communication that made us feel truly special. The highlight of our stay was the boat ride on the river, where we were treated to breathtaking scenery that made the experience unforgettable. This home is perfect for a large family, offering both comfort and charm in every corner. The care and effort put into every aspect of this stay were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

The unit is modern with beautiful views in the very charming Jongensfontein. We had a three bedroom unit on the top floor of the large house that is broken up into four sections. The unit was well appointed, but lacked some basic essentials like cooking basics (no salt, pepper, cooking oil or dishwashing liquid) and sanitary items (no toilet paper, hand or any other soap). Although very new there were also a few maintenance issues like broken lights and cupboard doors.

We had an incredible stay at this welcoming home. Tania was very responsive and proactive from the time that we first made our booking. Even though this is a newer listing (with not a lot of reviews as of yet), I would not hesitate in recommending this venue to anyone looking for a getaway in Stilbaai. We will be back the next time we travel out this way again. Thank you for hosting our young family so well. We wish you all the best in your hosting journey.
